Excellent stay – very pet-friendly and convenient! The front desk service was excellent – the staff were very accommodating and genuinely pet-friendly. We are extremely grateful for their supper late checkout ! Breakfast offered a good selection of Western pastries options to choose from. The swimming pool was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. Requests were handled promptly and efficiently. There are also plenty of self-service washing machines and dryers with large capacities – you can wash and dry a lot of clothes at once, and the dryers work very efficiently. The hotel layout is incredibly convenient. The car park, rooms, and laundry area are all on the same level, so you can get everything done without changing floors. The location is great too – about a 10-minute walk to a small pet-friendly beach where you can generally swim with your pets during the day. We'll definitely be back!

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

Being unfamiliar with the local area, I asked her for directions and she provided detailed guidance on unique and authentic places to visit and eat. She also efficiently arranged for my luggage to be stored temporarily, making the communication easy and comfortable without any awkward distance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and consistent quality, and staff throughout the dining area were polite and attentive. While standardized hardware is readily available everywhere, this kind of meticulous and heartfelt service is truly rare. On my next visit to Shenzhen, I will prioritize staying here again and will gladly recommend it to friends and family traveling to the city.

My stay at the Guangzhou East Stanton Hotel exceeded all expectations; it definitely deserves a five-star rating! The front desk thoughtfully upgraded me to an Executive King Room free of charge, and there was even a complimentary fresh fruit platter in the room – such attention to detail. The bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin; lying down just melted away all my fatigue. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for an exceptionally peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, ensuring overall maximum comfort. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou!!

This stay was exceptionally good! The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. The room was newly renovated, and the staff were all very welcoming, creating a great living experience. I especially want to thank Erick Lu, Mandy Li, and Cindy Long from the Executive Lounge for their attentive hospitality. The concierge also provided excellent assistance. The hotel is well-staffed, so even with a high volume of guests, they managed to serve everyone well, and service responses were very prompt. Overall, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. I had a truly pleasant stay and sincerely appreciate everyone's dedication. The Zhuhai Marriott Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Sun & Moon Bay and Love Post Office. It's also very convenient to get to the beach and there are plenty of dining options at City Balcony. The front desk service was attentive, and Sicily was particularly warm and helpful, earning a big thumbs up! She proactively introduced the hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, as well as nearby attractions. It's a five-star standard hotel with a great price, a pool, and free, convenient parking. They even offer taxi discount vouchers.

The hotel is located in a bustling area near the airport, making travel incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options nearby, and parking at the hotel is also very easy, with EV charging stations just 100 meters away – super convenient! The front desk staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. I'll definitely be staying here again!
