The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view outside the window. The toiletries in the bathroom weren't cheap, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The service was incredibly attentive; the butler contacted us in advance to follow up, and they even arranged for someone to carry our luggage. All in all, I was very satisfied with this stay! They also gave us complimentary tickets as part of a promotion, and the breakfast was excellent, making it great value for money!

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

The hotel is very good and absolutely worthy of five-star quality. It is built by the river, with a friendly environment and courtyard style, and it is the most beautiful scenery. Walking around the hotel in the morning and evening, every design point is very pleasing to the eye. There is also an outdoor play area, which is very suitable for the whole family. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, the variety selection is very rich, and the taste of the products is also suitable for guests from the north and the south. It can be felt that the chef team has solid skills and careful design. The room facilities are very new, the supplies are exquisite, the small details are very well done, and there is a large garden terrace. Sitting on the terrace for a rest is very freehand. The service is the biggest highlight. From the moment the car is parked and the door is opened, the sincerity of the service can be felt. It is not the kind of false industrial enthusiasm, but the smile and warmth from the heart. The front desk, guest rooms, restaurants, and even the uncle at the door of the gym on the first floor are all very professional and sincere, and the warm feeling of home is at home. When I left, I forgot to take the power bank plugged in the socket. Miss Liu Jinfei contacted and sent it back very considerately. Thank you very much. I stayed in Taoxichuan in Jingdezhen for two nights. I did a lot of research and chose it. In fact, it did not disappoint. It is inside Taoxichuan, and the transportation is very convenient. No need to buy tickets. The environment is quiet in a bustling environment, the design of Chinese aesthetics, and the light and shadow changes, which makes it very beautiful to take pictures. Check-in is also very convenient. There is a Dyson hair dryer in the room, a disposable bag for bathing (our room does not have a bathtub, but the room of my friends who travel with me has one). They also thoughtfully prepared a facial mask, which is just right for dry faces at night. Welcome fruit was given on the first day, and the variety in the mini bar is also OK. I am very satisfied with the breakfast. There is a very rich variety, with special cold noodles, and many dishes to choose from. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thanks to Xiaoye at the front desk. I went to Fuzhou on a business trip some time ago and chose to stay at Hilton Fuzhou Poly Huazhang. This time I stayed at the Fuzhou Poly Huazhang Hilton Hotel, which was impeccable in all aspects. Next time I come to Fuzhou, I will definitely choose this place!

The hotel 🏨 has complete facilities. It is a good choice for parent-child travel. I prepared a small surprise and card for my daughter's birthday 🎁. I also met Fan Fan (Chrissie Fan) who came to the concert at the door of the hotel. The types and nutrition of breakfast are very attentive, and the service is also very warm and thoughtful. The three-day and two-night stay experience is very good. I saw ”old facilities and not many types of buffet breakfast” in other comments before, and I was a little worried. After testing it myself, I think it is still in line with the quality and standards of a five-star hotel~ The room environment is very good, the hygiene is good, and it is very convenient to go out to the subway station. There are service staff who call in advance to ask about needs. The service of Xiao Wang in guest service is also very good. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied overall.

Fantastic time, sadly 1N stay is too short to live the dream. It’s like “Heaven on Earth” life changing discovery of a lifetime 🌎 🌈

This is a truly unique hotel. Just looking at the hotel entrance felt like arriving at a scenic spot. Under the gatehouse, there's a small lounge area for guests to rest while waiting for the gatekeeper to call for the golf cart. Indeed, without the golf cart, as first-time visitors, we would have had no idea where the check-in desk was. After getting off the golf cart, we walked through a spacious courtyard to the lobby, which is a grand and rustic living room. Deeper into the lobby, in front of a huge relief sculpture, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and attentively. Our luggage was still on the golf cart, which then drove along the garden paths, taking us all the way to our room. We particularly want to thank the restaurant staff. Because it was raining on the day we arrived and the temperature dropped sharply, we felt too cold in the restaurant. The restaurant manager suggested we order our food and return to our room, and they would deliver it. When the food arrived, every dish was covered with plastic wrap, and a candle was lit underneath each one. Our soup was piping hot, and the fish sauce was still gently bubbling. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so warm on a cold autumn day.

The scorching summer sun in Huangling highlights the advantages of staying within the scenic area. Rising at 6:30 AM each morning, you have plenty of time to explore Tianjie, Water Street, and the various core attractions before the tourists arrive. During the peak tourist season, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you can return to the B&B to escape the sun and crowds. After 5:00 PM, you can enjoy a dip in the infinity pool, and after 8:00 PM, you can find food and enjoy the night view. The daily pace is just right, and the exertion is minimal. The B&B's service is also attentive, from the shuttle service to the daily sweet soup, which was very satisfying. Highly recommended.
