1. It's just one stop from Kansai Airport (KIX) by Nankai Rapid Express, costing 730 yen per person.
2. The hotel is conveniently located only 50 meters from the subway exit.
3. It's very close to the outlet mall, Don Quijote, a large pharmacy, and the Ferris wheel.
4. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport (but no pick-up service).
5. The free hot spring bath at the hotel is amazing; soaking in it every night was incredibly relaxing.
6. We booked breakfast because there aren't many restaurants nearby, making dining out inconvenient. The breakfast suited our taste perfectly. The restaurant is on the scenic 21st floor, where we enjoyed watching planes take off from the reclaimed land of Kansai Airport and the Ferris wheel while eating.
7. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day.
8. The front desk service was very attentive, and they had Chinese-speaking staff, which made checking in and resolving any issues very convenient.
9. The front desk provides universal adapters, which need to be returned upon checkout.
10. The hotel offers a complimentary sunset viewing spot on the 21st floor in the evening, with free drinks and snacks.
The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed!

Jjoanna0919From the moment I stepped through the hotel entrance, I felt right at home! Every single staff member treated guests with genuine care and attentiveness. The room size was also the biggest I've ever had in all my trips to Japan! The pajamas provided by the turndown service were incredibly comfortable too! The hotel's night view is also one of the best around. Highly, highly recommend!

XXuanbaokabuHotel Nikko is in a fantastic location! You can get to the lobby on the second floor right from the subway exit. Shinsaibashi is just across the street, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, transportation, and shopping. The hotel's price isn't too high, and the facilities inside are very clean. The bedding is top-notch, absolutely superb 👍🏻. It's definitely the first choice for families with kids.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect choice! The location is fantastic — it’s directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station via the B2-level underground walkway. There are also endless shopping spots along Shinsaibashi-suji.
The views from our room were absolutely stunning. Everything feels brand new and modern. Highly recommend for a special occasion in Osaka!

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay in OMO7 with our 4 yrs old kid, it's a very kid friendly hotel. The baby room, the drinking water supply and the self service laundry room made everything convenient. The location is only 2mins from shin-imamiya station, and near by got many convenient stall and restaurants and also walking distance to Shinsekai. We love the lobby and the outdoor area too, we enjoyed the free drinks/beer with the takoyaki during their pika-pika night where kid can have fun running and playing around. And not forget about the shuttle bus to USJ that made the travel much easier. The ramen we had for our dinner was the best through out the trip.

Ssusanhe77Highly recommend staying here! First, it's super convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the airport bus stop, and there's a direct underground passage to both the subway and JR stations right from the hotel. Second, even though it's in a bustling area and close to the station, it's surprisingly not noisy. Third, dining is a breeze with restaurants both inside and below the hotel. Shopping is also incredibly convenient, with three shopping malls and electronics stores all within a ten-minute walk.

TTravel is fun 2026This hotel is wonderful. The location is excellent and easy to access to JR line, metro or even bus at the JR Osaka station.
The shopping ball next to the hotel is a gem. I almost have my dinner at Kitte Osaka every night and you could find pizza, sushi, ramen, grilled
chicken skewers, steak, hot pot, sweets and even decent Japanese kaiseki at this place.
The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. When I ask for a paper box, they provide thick tape and assistance to me when going down to the Post Office which is right next to the hotel.
The minor thing about this hotel is the water pressure of the shower head. The top rain shower head is powerful but somehow the hand shower head power is marginal and not acceptable for such 5 star hotel.

VVan1010The hotel was clean and the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, though there is some room for improvement. The water service was a bit confusing; we were told to get water ourselves from the cold food section, but seeing other tables having water delivered made the experience less pleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay!

The rooms are reasonably big. Love the bathroom. Separate beds are slightly bigger than single beds. Linens are luxurious high thread count. Room Flooring is semi wood and carpeted. Coffee and Tea are complimentary, comes with full set of in room requirements, ironing set, luxurious bathrobe, bar fridge, comfy bedroom slippers, safe, V Sassoon hair dryer, full bathing and vanity kit, toilet cubicle is separate by a door, bath tub is of good size, separate shower water pressure is fantastic. Motorised linen blinds, daily bottles of water
Here’s my favourite: Facilities include 24hrs of fully equipped gym all machines including leg machines, bar and free weights, gym balls, foam rollers, treadmill, elliptical, bicycle etc.
Use of Bathhouse and indoor swimming pool included as part of the booking. Spa facial and massage avail at a fee.
Lounge area is great with nice matcha latte. Had buffet breakfast in the morning, sufficient variety. Lotsa fruits choices.
Building is exclusive luxury. Initial check-in process can be better and less rigid. Pre-paid room type if unavailable, guests should be informed ahead prior to arrival. Somewhere between Trip.com and the hotel miscommunication should not affect the hotel guests traveling 12 hours to reach there.
