🌟 **Stunning High-Altitude Views, Osaka's Nightscape at Your Fingertips**
The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river, and the distant Umeda Sky Building and Namba's high-rises glittered with lights. This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos.
🚇 **Excellent and Convenient Location**
The hotel is located on Osaka's main thoroughfare, Midosuji Avenue. While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable.
* **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store.
* **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem.
🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities**
The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views.
* **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue.
* **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience.

Having been to osaka many times, my friend suggested to try out a new hotel. Centara is clean and rather new. Room is small, common in Japan. Some distance to the Namba station. Opposite it has a big electronic shop. It does not allow any prior request of late checkout not even 30 mins. So if travellers needs slight flexibility, better go back to your usual membership hotel group like mariott bonvoy or GHA. These hotels in Japan do try to accomodate if travellers’ need arise. Or maybe this is because centara grand hotel does not like those clients whose booking is through third party platform. Our group eventually check out at 10.30am due to the inflexibility of such a minor request and change our plan. Though overall other staff such as restaurant staff or staff on G floor are helpful. Anyhow due to the distance of this hotel to spots around, we won’t come back to Centara Osaka.
I've stayed at this hotel before, and everything—location, transport, price, facilities, and service—was excellent. But this time, it wasn't good. 1. The staff weren't as enthusiastic as before. 2. The front desk guy said they no longer provide bottled water; you have to get it from a dispenser near the elevator. 3. The cleaning staff just tossed my pajamas on top of my suitcase. 4. There were some stains on the duvet cover... I stored my luggage, and I recall being charged for it previously. This time, when I asked how much to pay, the young lady seemed surprised and told me it's free. Mostly, having my pajamas thrown on my suitcase really annoyed me.

Everything is almost perfect such as the location, check in procedure and assistance from front desk staffs except all the amenities inside the bathroom which is handwash shower and all other things r nothing from Japan but China, Cambodia, Pakistan....even though we r staying in the corner suite, which is quite disappointing! i cant feel or experience the japan quality of products, pls dont let these pull down ur rating of property, yet unfortunately it creates some kind of disappointment to our stay.
Also housekeeping touched or moved my beauty products inside the bathroom so they can put their hand towel in place, this is something I never experience before. Those items I put next to the basin include some really personal skincare and makeup products, it feels weird being touched or rearranged to a messy positions!

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to book it anyway because of the location, and I'm so glad I did! The rooms are big and clean, and housekeeping is very quick and efficient. The location is fantastic, right opposite Daimaru. Once you get your bearings, you can get to Hankyu via the underground passage really quickly without having to go above ground at all, which is also great for places like LUCUA and GRAND FRONT. A taxi to the Glico Man sign in Shinsaibashi and the Kani Doraku main branch only cost 2400 JPY. The only minor issue was that I booked two rooms and specifically requested no corner rooms, but we ended up with one at each end of the hallway. Luckily, the elevator to the first room requires a turn, so we weren't disturbed by any noise at night. The breakfast isn't super extensive, but it has all the essentials, so overall I'm very satisfied.

The room is spacious and new. The 1.35-meter bed was very comfortable for one adult and one child, and even with four suitcases, it didn't feel cramped for a family of four. The bathroom is very roomy and well-designed, making it convenient for multiple guests. There's a free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station from 10 AM to 6 PM, or you can walk there in about 15 minutes. The hotel's own small garden has very relaxed koi fish. Nearby, you can get a panoramic view of Osaka from the Umeda Sky Building, and there's a convenient food street underground.
Although Hotel Nikko is an older establishment, it's incredibly well-maintained.
**Facilities:** Excellent! The shower, toilet, refrigerator, and kettle are all high-quality and fully equipped.
**Cleanliness:** I felt completely at ease and comfortable using everything.
**Location:** Situated right in the heart of Shinsaibashi, with direct access to Shinsaibashi Station from the basement, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Plus, getting to the airport is a breeze: just a leisurely stroll through the Shinsaibashi shopping street to Namba Station, then take the Nankai Express directly to Kansai Airport. Couldn't be easier!
**Service:** Top-notch Japanese service.
The hotel provides a comprehensive range of amenities, so you barely need to bring your own, and the brands are quite good. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, both of which are delicious.

Amazing stay for our family at Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel. The room was spotless, spacious and had an incredible city view. We also appreciated having connecting rooms, which made it much easier to look after our 2-year-old child comfortably during the trip. The location was super convenient with direct access to the station and shopping mall. Service from the staff was warm, professional and very helpful throughout our stay. Facilities were excellent and the hotel felt luxurious yet comfortable. Highly recommended for families visiting Osaka!
Good for family who rent a car as well as the parking for hotel guest has a flat rate of 3000¥ for multiple entry and exits daily
The room itself is decent, though it might feel a bit cramped for two people. The location is quite good, right by what I'd call Osaka's 'Suzhou Creek.' There are many art museums nearby. However, if you're a woman walking alone at night, it can feel a bit deserted. If you plan on staying out late, a more central location might be better. I told the front desk I'm a light sleeper, but they still put me right across from the cleaning room, which was really annoying. I was woken up early in the morning by the noise. I've attached the shuttle schedule. I actually found it more convenient to take the bus to the art museum.

This hotel offers a truly great overall experience. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel environment is also very pleasant, with a comfortable atmosphere – not noisy at all, which allowed for a great rest. The staff were very enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions, and responded quickly. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast had a wide variety, including a live noodle station and many local specialties, and everything tasted great. I stayed for several nights and had a very good overall experience. It's definitely worth recommending!

55renbangMy friend recommended this hotel for several reasons:
1. It's just one stop from Kansai Airport (KIX) by Nankai Rapid Express, costing 730 yen per person.
2. The hotel is conveniently located only 50 meters from the subway exit.
3. It's very close to the outlet mall, Don Quijote, a large pharmacy, and the Ferris wheel.
4. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport (but no pick-up service).
5. The free hot spring bath at the hotel is amazing; soaking in it every night was incredibly relaxing.
6. We booked breakfast because there aren't many restaurants nearby, making dining out inconvenient. The breakfast suited our taste perfectly. The restaurant is on the scenic 21st floor, where we enjoyed watching planes take off from the reclaimed land of Kansai Airport and the Ferris wheel while eating.
7. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day.
8. The front desk service was very attentive, and they had Chinese-speaking staff, which made checking in and resolving any issues very convenient.
9. The front desk provides universal adapters, which need to be returned upon checkout.
10. The hotel offers a complimentary sunset viewing spot on the 21st floor in the evening, with free drinks and snacks.
The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed!
GGuest UserWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

VVinijiangThe environment: The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning! I stayed for three days and two nights, and both the mornings and sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The rest of the time, I was out exploring and eating!
Hygiene: The room was spacious and clean. I booked a triple room, and it was perfectly fine for three people.
Location: Excellent location, within a 15-minute walk to Yodobashi Camera, right next to Lucca, and Daimaru department store. There are also many great restaurants along the way.
Service: The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk were all very enthusiastic! Even with my poor Japanese, I had a pleasant conversation with them!
Thank you very much, I'd love to visit again! ^_^
ZZacku24For the price point per night per pax, you would expect the onsen to be included in the amenities, but it is actually chargeable. Pretty absurb in my opinion. The hotel has a pretty space, but is just too far off from the main area in Osaka. Pretty nearby to the Tennoji Zoo and Shinseikai area. Being a 5 star hotel, you would expect the staff to at least have alil english language proficiency, but that is not the case.

XXiaoyuhuiThe location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available.
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right above the JR subway station. The lobby and breakfast area are on the 29th floor, and the guest rooms are above the 29th floor. You need to transfer elevators to get to the 1st floor, as it's located within the Kitte building. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. The slippers are of very good quality, and they provide plenty of disposable toothbrushes, wooden combs, and other amenities. They even offer face masks and facial cleansers, though I found them a bit drying. The mini-bar is free for the first round, including soda, orange juice, beer, and sake. Mineral water is replenished daily, but it comes in paper cartons. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's exquisite. There are numerous shopping options nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. The airport shuttle and bus to Kobe are conveniently located across from the hotel at Hilton Plaza West. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
SSamuel NNNThank you for the wonderful hospitality over these nights. They provided a wonderfully satisfying Christmas decoration for my girlfriend and me, and we loved the room design and all the excellent and friendly service from the hotel!

AAnonymous UserThe InterContinental Osaka is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've ever stayed in when it comes to service. The housekeeping is virtually perfect; even the toiletries and skincare products on the bathroom counter are artfully arranged. The hotel's location is excellent – you step right out and start shopping. Plus, the rooms are incredibly spacious. A huge thumbs up!
