🌟 **Stunning High-Altitude Views, Osaka's Nightscape at Your Fingertips** The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river, and the distant Umeda Sky Building and Namba's high-rises glittered with lights. This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos. 🚇 **Excellent and Convenient Location** The hotel is located on Osaka's main thoroughfare, Midosuji Avenue. While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable. * **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store. * **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem. 🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities** The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views. * **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue. * **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience.

This buffet restaurant is fantastic! The variety of dishes is impressive, with Western and Japanese options galore, all fresh and deliciously presented. The staff are friendly and attentive, the environment is clean and cozy, and tableware is promptly replaced. The dessert and fruit section is a delightful highlight, with top-notch flavors! Great value for money, perfect for family gatherings or friends’ meetups. Can’t wait to come back!

I've stayed at the New Otani in Hakata before, and this time I chose the one in Osaka. Both are equally luxurious and grand, but I found the room's cleanliness in Osaka to be a bit lacking compared to Hakata – there were some stains behind the closet door. The location is super convenient, close to both JR and Keihan train stations. The room was spacious enough, with two bathrooms, which was incredibly handy for a family trip. When we checked out, we made a last-minute decision to take the shuttle bus to the airport. We only had five minutes before it departed, but the front desk immediately called the shuttle service, printed our tickets, and had a bellboy whisk our luggage over. We made it onto the bus smoothly, and I'm very grateful for their quick assistance. The surrounding area is also very convenient; we took a leisurely stroll to Osaka Castle. We even stumbled upon an XG concert tour, with the venue, Osaka-Jo Hall, right across from the hotel! We snagged tickets for 400 yen and enjoyed a high-quality concert. So happy! 🥳

Carpark closed after 11pm, you will need to park nearby with very high charges. Better to take note the carpark timing, some area will require you to move your car at 2am/7am or they will count by every 30mins/60mins. Carpark charges: 2,500yen per day for hotel guest. If you drive, traffic is bad at evening, right in front hotel. Front desk service: Not good. Staff being not so polite after 11pm, like there is curfew for my late check in. Probably the staff also rushing to change shift. Lobby at 17th floor, not my choice if talk about convenient but is clean and comfort. Room: Very clean and neat, spacious. Booked for Run of House, they combined two twin beds and is comfortable. I love how they have a partition sliding door between bedroom and washroom, you can have a good night sleep at night. Room Service: Simple & Clean for daily cleanup. Quick and responsive for additional replenish request. Japanese style Onsen: Indoor & Outdoor, small area but great if less crowd. Sauna available inside too. Given female spa access card upon check in for onsen access. Food: Walking distance with many nice foods and restaurants, even clubs but is all well managed. Fast checkout at drop-off box

Having been to osaka many times, my friend suggested to try out a new hotel. Centara is clean and rather new. Room is small, common in Japan. Some distance to the Namba station. Opposite it has a big electronic shop. It does not allow any prior request of late checkout not even 30 mins. So if travellers needs slight flexibility, better go back to your usual membership hotel group like mariott bonvoy or GHA. These hotels in Japan do try to accomodate if travellers’ need arise. Or maybe this is because centara grand hotel does not like those clients whose booking is through third party platform. Our group eventually check out at 10.30am due to the inflexibility of such a minor request and change our plan. Though overall other staff such as restaurant staff or staff on G floor are helpful. Anyhow due to the distance of this hotel to spots around, we won’t come back to Centara Osaka.

I've stayed at hotels above Rinku Town Station before, but they were quite old. This time, I chose REF in Izumisano, and the location is absolutely fantastic. Coming from Namba on the Nankai Electric Railway, you can spot a 7-Eleven right after exiting the ticket gate. Just turn left and follow the flat walkway with your luggage, and you'll see the sign for the hotel elevator (pic 3). The lobby and front desk are on the third floor. During check-in, they ask you to fill in your email to become a member and choose a free gift (either a drink or late check-out). Basic toiletries are available at the front desk, and the room even has a multi-head charging cable, which is a thoughtful touch. The hairdryer is pretty good, with high power, so it dries hair quickly. The room was clean and quite new, and the twin room was fairly spacious with good-sized beds. However, a word of caution ⚠️: if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the street during check-in. I was given a room near the electric railway, and it was a bit noisy in the morning (though my earplugs helped). To go to Rinku Premium Outlets, it's just one stop (towards the airport) to Rinku Town. To get to Wakayama City, take the Nankai Electric Railway from downstairs, which takes about 40 minutes. Osaka Airport is only two stops away, less than a 10-minute ride. If you're heading to Terminal 2, remember to follow the signs at the airport to take the shuttle bus.

My overall stay was exceptionally good, with excellent service, ambiance, room type, and meals. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. Initially, I didn't have high hopes for the Imperial Hotel Osaka because the exterior photos looked a bit dated. However, my perception was completely overturned after checking in. It truly exceeded all expectations! Even if the hotel's facilities weren't brand new, they were incredibly well-maintained, comfortable to use, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, providing a fantastic experience, truly the standard of an established luxury hotel. The front desk staff were gentle and accommodating. One staff member (I believe her name was Kim) was especially attentive, actively helping with luggage every time I went in and out. I stayed in a riverside room on a lower floor. The environment was very comfortable, and the price was not expensive at all (much better than many more expensive design hotels). The bedding in the room was excellent, and I slept wonderfully. The Japanese breakfast offered by the hotel was outstanding in quality, with a well-balanced and palatable selection. The dining experience was just right, without feeling overly full. (American breakfast was also available in another restaurant). The hotel's laundry service is also commendable. Washed clothes were clean and neatly pressed, and they were even carefully organized and tied with ribbons. This level of delicate and thoughtful care is not common even among many high-end hotels. The hotel possesses a restrained and dignified classic charm, with sincerity towards guests evident everywhere. I have high standards for accommodation details, but this hotel still managed to be impeccable. I would prioritize choosing this hotel again for my next trip to Osaka and am also willing to try other hotels of the same brand in different cities.

Staying at Zentis Osaka was a truly unique experience, like living inside a work of art. Designer Tara Bernerd masterfully blends the subtlety of Japanese culture, the elegance of old money British style, and Nordic minimalism into every corner of the hotel. Each room has a slightly different design, embodying the hotel's 'Art-in-Residence' concept. From the calligraphy on the walls to the cups you drink from, everything is crafted by Japanese artists, while the furniture is sourced from renowned Nordic designers. Every moment of your stay is spent experiencing and utilizing art, providing a subtle, enriching nourishment for both body and soul, truly reflecting the hotel's name: Zentis. I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast. The Michelin-starred chef has curated a menu that includes Western, Japanese, and vegetarian options, along with a small self-service buffet. The hotel is situated in the most vibrant part of Umeda. Just outside, a row of understated buildings hides many famous Japanese restaurants, most of which require reservations. You'll also find McDonald's and convenience stores just around the corner. It's only a five-minute walk to Central Island Park, and during my visit, the rose garden was in full bloom, which was definitely a bonus. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. 'Make yourself at home' isn't just a slogan here; they truly live up to it.

The environment: The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning! I stayed for three days and two nights, and both the mornings and sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The rest of the time, I was out exploring and eating! Hygiene: The room was spacious and clean. I booked a triple room, and it was perfectly fine for three people. Location: Excellent location, within a 15-minute walk to Yodobashi Camera, right next to Lucca, and Daimaru department store. There are also many great restaurants along the way. Service: The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk were all very enthusiastic! Even with my poor Japanese, I had a pleasant conversation with them! Thank you very much, I'd love to visit again! ^_^

I've stayed at this hotel before, and everything—location, transport, price, facilities, and service—was excellent. But this time, it wasn't good. 1. The staff weren't as enthusiastic as before. 2. The front desk guy said they no longer provide bottled water; you have to get it from a dispenser near the elevator. 3. The cleaning staff just tossed my pajamas on top of my suitcase. 4. There were some stains on the duvet cover... I stored my luggage, and I recall being charged for it previously. This time, when I asked how much to pay, the young lady seemed surprised and told me it's free. Mostly, having my pajamas thrown on my suitcase really annoyed me.

55renbangMy friend recommended this hotel for several reasons: 1. It's just one stop from Kansai Airport (KIX) by Nankai Rapid Express, costing 730 yen per person. 2. The hotel is conveniently located only 50 meters from the subway exit. 3. It's very close to the outlet mall, Don Quijote, a large pharmacy, and the Ferris wheel. 4. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport (but no pick-up service). 5. The free hot spring bath at the hotel is amazing; soaking in it every night was incredibly relaxing. 6. We booked breakfast because there aren't many restaurants nearby, making dining out inconvenient. The breakfast suited our taste perfectly. The restaurant is on the scenic 21st floor, where we enjoyed watching planes take off from the reclaimed land of Kansai Airport and the Ferris wheel while eating. 7. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day. 8. The front desk service was very attentive, and they had Chinese-speaking staff, which made checking in and resolving any issues very convenient. 9. The front desk provides universal adapters, which need to be returned upon checkout. 10. The hotel offers a complimentary sunset viewing spot on the 21st floor in the evening, with free drinks and snacks. The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed!

GGuest UserWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

CCherrydezujiAlthough Hotel Nikko is an older establishment, it's incredibly well-maintained. **Facilities:** Excellent! The shower, toilet, refrigerator, and kettle are all high-quality and fully equipped. **Cleanliness:** I felt completely at ease and comfortable using everything. **Location:** Situated right in the heart of Shinsaibashi, with direct access to Shinsaibashi Station from the basement, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Plus, getting to the airport is a breeze: just a leisurely stroll through the Shinsaibashi shopping street to Namba Station, then take the Nankai Express directly to Kansai Airport. Couldn't be easier! **Service:** Top-notch Japanese service. The hotel provides a comprehensive range of amenities, so you barely need to bring your own, and the brands are quite good. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, both of which are delicious.

ZZacku24For the price point per night per pax, you would expect the onsen to be included in the amenities, but it is actually chargeable. Pretty absurb in my opinion. The hotel has a pretty space, but is just too far off from the main area in Osaka. Pretty nearby to the Tennoji Zoo and Shinseikai area. Being a 5 star hotel, you would expect the staff to at least have alil english language proficiency, but that is not the case.

33001152460I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to book it anyway because of the location, and I'm so glad I did! The rooms are big and clean, and housekeeping is very quick and efficient. The location is fantastic, right opposite Daimaru. Once you get your bearings, you can get to Hankyu via the underground passage really quickly without having to go above ground at all, which is also great for places like LUCUA and GRAND FRONT. A taxi to the Glico Man sign in Shinsaibashi and the Kani Doraku main branch only cost 2400 JPY. The only minor issue was that I booked two rooms and specifically requested no corner rooms, but we ended up with one at each end of the hallway. Luckily, the elevator to the first room requires a turn, so we weren't disturbed by any noise at night. The breakfast isn't super extensive, but it has all the essentials, so overall I'm very satisfied.

XXiaoyuhuiThe location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right above the JR subway station. The lobby and breakfast area are on the 29th floor, and the guest rooms are above the 29th floor. You need to transfer elevators to get to the 1st floor, as it's located within the Kitte building. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. The slippers are of very good quality, and they provide plenty of disposable toothbrushes, wooden combs, and other amenities. They even offer face masks and facial cleansers, though I found them a bit drying. The mini-bar is free for the first round, including soda, orange juice, beer, and sake. Mineral water is replenished daily, but it comes in paper cartons. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's exquisite. There are numerous shopping options nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. The airport shuttle and bus to Kobe are conveniently located across from the hotel at Hilton Plaza West. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
