This hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is convenient for getting around, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the water pressure is strong. The breakfast spread is diverse, and the facilities are comprehensive. I highly recommend it for business travelers. It will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Xi'an!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing a personalized, 'butler-style' service that made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. They even offered free shuttle service to the Terracotta Warriors and airport drop-off, which saved us a lot of hassle. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They even gave us a fridge magnet souvenir when we checked out, which was such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right outside Exit D of Zhonglou Metro Station, making transportation very convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There's also a direct shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors, and the Muslim Quarter and Sajin Bridge are within walking distance. The hotel breakfast is plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Xi'an, and I'll definitely come back next time!

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Wonderful stay. Less than 200m.walk to eating places and shops. Bell and Drum Towers are all within walking distance. Near Muslim.Quarter.with lots of activities. Hotel reception and other staff are friendly and polite. Drinks available 24/7 on the ground floor, including hot tea. We booked the large room with a nice seating corner and relaxing corner. Would stay again if in Xian.

Choosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision! The location is superb, close to everything. The room was clean and fresh, with great ambient lighting, and the bed was very comfortable. The gym and laundry facilities are a big plus, making it easy to refresh my clothes while traveling. The staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was efficient. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, highly satisfied and recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 minutes walk from Metro station. Also it is surrounded by different tourist attractions including a walking street about 100meters away and loads of restaurants and fooddrink shops, also there's a number of shopping malls nearby! The room was very good size and the air conditioned. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate all guest needs, excellent customer service provided by front desk! There's also a very clean and professional massage place in the building separate from the hotel! Breakfast buffet is very good and variety of food is very good from boiled eggs and milk and soya milk to freshly prepared noodles and fried eggs and bao and dumplings to different salads and fried noodles all are served. Highly recommend it to everyone who is going to the beautiful city of Xian.

The newest and cleanest hotel in China we have stayed in so far. The location is also great with a short walk to the Muslim Quarter, Great Xian Mosque and the towers. The only negative - the booking was advertised with free airport pickup and a toured guide to the Museum (Terracotta warriors). When we made contact with the hotel to organise the airport pickup they said it was only for people who had a mainland Chinese number and those who spoke Chinese (not sure why these conditions are in place as 99% of Didi drivers don't speak english and it doesn't stop them from pick ups and drop offs). No such conditions were outlined on Trip.com when booking was made. The guided tour was also a somewhat misleading ad as tickets to the museum were not included. The hotel should clearly state any conditions with inclusions on platforms like Trip.com then it will be 5 stars all around.

The location of Aman Hotel is truly excellent. I was able to take the subway directly from Xi'an North Station, and the hotel even informed me in advance that it's closer to use the hotel's back entrance from the subway exit. My train arrived early, and the hotel prioritized cleaning my room. The hotel is on Ci'en West Road, and from the back entrance, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. It was also very convenient for me to visit the Shaanxi History Museum. Secondly, the hotel environment is also very nice. I really liked the Tang Dynasty style and the Dunhuang murals. The front desk even arranged my booked room on the second floor, and sitting outside was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness inside the room was also very good; it was spacious, equipped with a smart toilet, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. The bedding was comfortable, making the stay extremely pleasant. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; as it was my first time in Xi'an, they patiently answered all my travel questions, making me feel right at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.
