4-Star Hotels in Grand Est, France

The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is centrally and very well located. We especially appreciated the luggage lockers, which allowed us to enjoy the city without our bags both before check-in and after check-out. The only downside for us was that the beds weren't ideal (they were quite firm).

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

All good. Near to halal food. Walking distance to train station, Petite france and shopping mall.

Very close to the train station, just a few minutes walk, and not far from all the attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Strasbourg Cathedral is absolutely stunning with its Gothic architecture, and the surrounding half-timbered houses are truly fairytale-like. The hotel front desk staff were excellent, very warm, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

Very clean hotel, excellent service, friendly staff, attentive staff, except for the small downside of the work noise.

Location was perfect. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was fantastic; they were not only friendly and helpful but also always enthusiastic to share some recommendations, hear about our day, or just simply interact with us.

Location a bit away but that suited us, easy to drive to other places. Staff was helpful, room is basic, beds are soft, room was serviced but clothes were not folded, just placed on a pile on the desk. There is a water boiler but still has the 1990’s instant coffee. Parking costs E25/day….., park across the road for free (3 min walk). We arrived at 14:05 and as 15:00 was CI time they did not honour earlier CI because ‘they run 100% occupancy the day before’ but for Euro50 extra I could get a room immediately… yeah right! Free hot xmas wine in the lobby is a nice gesture.

Located near the train station, although it faces the street, the windows are very soundproof; once closed, you can't hear any street noise. Just across the street is the old town, with coffee, tea, snacks, and fruit available all day – definitely great value!

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and wonderful breakfast made us feel every moment how good a choice we had made. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard, the parquet flooring instead of carpet in the rooms, the delicious food, and the fact that it provided all the comfort and quality expected of a holiday, all made me choose the same hotel again. I hope you also leave the hotel feeling peaceful and happy like we did 💯
