Everything is good. The hotel has complete service facilities, including a laundry room. I finally washed and dried the clothes from the previous week. It is a little far from JR Shimonoseki Station. After exiting Shimonoseki Station, walk to the second-floor overpass until you get off the vertical elevator at the end and turn right at the next intersection. There is a local supermarket across the road on the right side of the hotel, which is quite rich. The night-time ramen 🍜 of the hotel is quite good.

Service was really first rate. Despite our not speaking Japanese, the staff were always patient and helpful. They guided us in adapting to the Ryokan customs and provided very personalized service without being intrusive. The gardens and facilities are well maintained and create a serene experience.

This hotel has a great location. From the rooms, lobby, and restaurant, you can see the ocean, Tsunoshima Island, and Tsunoshima Bridge, and the views are amazing. We were also able to take a walk on the beach right in front of the hotel. We were very satisfied with the delicious buffet, which had a wide variety of options for both dinner and breakfast. The large public bath was amazing, with an open-air bath where you could watch the sunset. In the evening, we were taken on a night tour of Tsunoshima Island in a minibus. (Free of charge) Next time, we would like to go swimming in the sea in the summer.

From the moment we were picked up to the moment we were seen off, this inn was a model example of hospitality. The service was very pleasant, and I realized that the most important aspect of an inn is the people. The rooms and baths were clean and wonderful, the restaurant's interior was sophisticated, and there was a wide selection of drinks. The variety of breakfast options was amazing! The bread corner alone was like a bakery. Although I only stayed one night, I was able to truly relax. This is a very good inn. I'll definitely be coming back.

Value for money. Highly recommended. Will stay again. The room is large for us to open and pack our luggage in preparing to depart airport the next day. The room facilities are convenient (without stairs) to suit my usage as a person with walking difficulties. I especially love the ensuite onsen bath with beautiful ocean view. The dinner and breakfast are delicious.

There is a problem with trip.com's reservation specifications and I would like them to improve it.

JR car walk to the hotel is only 10~15 minutes, so easy to find. The main entrance is facing the traffic light. It has a 300-year history, so traditional style. In the lobby, you must change indoor slippers first, and when you go out, the waiter will immediately take out the guests' shoes to replace you. The whole building has been appreciated. Value, there is an orthodox Japanese garden, there are a lot of koi fish in the pool, and you can see the maple leaves. We can enjoy the garden on the terrace of our room. The bathroom in the room has a wooden bathtub. Dinner and breakfast are eaten in the room ... Our housekeeper is very professional, Also introduced a variety of food ... and free beer, Coke is provided. There is electric heating in the central location of the room, thick quilt and heating ...
