The staff were very kind and helpful. One of the receptionists even spoke a little Japanese. It's super convenient having a convenience store right nearby. Plus, a shopping mall is just a quick taxi ride away, which is great. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with a pool, and the food is delicious. The room felt a bit old, but I guess that's typical for Asia. After a couple of nights, I got used to it. I felt completely safe and comfortable during my stay. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Great Stay at Park Inn Clark! We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area. One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay due to a flight reschedule – for that purpose, it was fine. However, there were similar options available at a lower price point. The hotel itself, in terms of design and overall feel, is outdated. But the room was spacious, had everything we needed, and wasn't dirty. The view was of a neighboring building and the city. There's a 7/11 and various cafes nearby. There's a pool on the roof, which is quite nice for lounging, but there are only a couple of sunbeds, so you have to be quick to grab one. The hotel is located near the club street; karaoke was playing all night until around 6 AM, and it was perfectly audible. There are many beggars on the street and around the hotel. Overall, both the city and the hotel left a rather depressing impression.

Second time in Angeles City, first time staying at Queens. Location is right where I wanted to be, right around the corner from Jolibee and The Walking Street. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The 7th floor bar with music, pool, and darts was nice. Nice views and atmosphere. The ONLY thing I would say is considering it's a 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel, I wasn't expecting the shampoo and soap to be just one mini bottle each. I did request more and they brought it so I'm thankful and I tipped. The water wasn't hot but they mentioned that in the welcome packet and could fix it at your request. I would stay here again

Our stay was pleasant with all the attentive and kind staff, I even got my coffee changed! There were live singers singing old classics to add to the holiday cheer. The Sands resto staff were very accommodating and the manager even replaced my bland coffee. The front office informed us of the 20% discount promo on our arrival date. I just wished we get to receive the promo discount, too.😊 The hotel housekeeping staff were very kind and polite. They replaced my defective electric kettle and gave me addnl bottled water for the inconvenience. They even provide nightcap treats! Sweets! ❤️ The hotel needs upgrading though. The shower had no hot water.

Stayed in this hotel twice for birthdays. It was great. We loved the hotel! The only thing we noticed is the internet in one of the rooms we stayed in was patchy. But it did not ruin our stay. The staffs are so accomodating. They prioritized our comfort. 🫶🏻

LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

NNurse MurlI recently stayed at Sunday Hevea and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. Every meal I tried was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety of local and international options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for big, comfortable rooms and tasty food. I would happily come back again!

Ggigi travelerWe arrived at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar and it was not hard to find. However, the check-in experience was not very good. We arrived exactly at 3:00 PM (check-in time), but still had to wait around 15 minutes because the room was not ready. Okay, I get it—but the jeepney ride going to the room and roaming around was quite slow, haha, so we decided to just walk instead. The view was beautiful, and the food at the Italian restaurant was good. However, the service was a bit slow and could use some improvement. The room was just okay, and no conditioner was provided, so it’s best to bring your own. The breakfast was so-so, just a typical Filipino breakfast. We also rode a kalesa (horse carriage), which was a nice way to roam around the area, and we tried the balsa ride, which cost around 700 pesos and was a good experience.”

AAnonymous UserOnly negative impression was with the breakfast buffet. Got free parking, but it's just hidden. If you have a car, it's a great place to stay. However, for backpackers on the go, it might not be the best option. The front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms were fantastically clean. My only negative impression was with the breakfast buffet. Since we came up at 9:30 onwards, the buffet line wasn't refilled, mentioning that we came up late. I understand that for two people, there's no need to refill, but at least offer food that's sufficient for two people, as we also paid for the full package. The coffee wasn't hot, and the creamer just floated on it. Good thing there was an à la minute egg counter.

GGuest UserThe place is really relaxing and the rooms were nice. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, but the service was pretty bad at all the food establishments in the resort. The beach bar took pretty long to serve the food, to the point where one of our family members waited outside the kitchen to get the food so she can give it to her kids. When we ordered room service, the order was placed at around 8:30 and we received it past 10 pm with around 2-3 calls to follow up on the orders. At first, we thought that it was due to the amount of order since they had a lot of guests, but before check out, some of our party members went to the bar to get a drink where they took almost 20 minutes to notice we were in the empty bar, take our order and make frozen margaritas. Another disappointing thing was that they advertised a basketball and tennis court on their website, but when we tried to reserve a court the staff said that they didn't have any of the two. It would have been nice if they had put on their website that these amenities were coming soon instead of making it seem like they were already available. In spite of these things, our stay was still pleasant and I understand that it is a pretty new resort and they have things they need to improve on. I hope that they can take these as constructive criticism and use it to improve the overall experience.

AAngelica CastadaPros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

MMaribel S. AgustinMy family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball. The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great. The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

GGuest UserMy experience at Le charme Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed—spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities, reflected a commitment to quality. I especially loved the stunning view and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained, and the on-site dining was fantastic. The breakfast selection was fresh and varied, and every meal I had was delicious. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the attention to detail and the personalized service. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect, the staff made the experience feel special. I can confidently say that Le charme Hotel lives up to its name—this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I will absolutely be returning!
