We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby shops, with a 24-hour market right behind the hotel serving excellent fresh coconut. The hotel is close to Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World, and offers a free shuttle to these attractions as well as to a private beach club.
There are plenty of facilities for young children, including a swimming pool with water slides, a cinema, and a kids’ club (note: the water slide is only operational from 3 pm to 5 pm). The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, though it can get very busy and crowded. Our room was a nice size, with a balcony equipped with chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying the view of Grand World.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Night Seaview Hotel in Phu Quoc offers a comfortable stay with a few standout perks. The location is convenient, especially for those looking to explore the area easily. King Kong Mart and John’s Tours are just a short walk away, making it simple to pick up essentials or book excursions without much hassle. The free shuttle bus is another useful feature, allowing guests to explore more of the island without worrying about transportation.
The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a good night’s rest after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a small gym on the second floor, which is a nice touch for those who want to keep up with their workouts. The real highlight, however, is the infinity pool on the 11th floor, offering great views of the coastline. While the hotel delivers on basic comforts, it lacks some of the finer touches that would elevate the experience. Still, for the price and location, it’s a reasonable option for travelers who value convenience and a peaceful stay.
One of the most amazing resort experiences I've had. We booked the mini suite and the room was amazing with a stunning view of the pool and of Grand World far ahead. The rooms themselves were great. The breakfast spread was awesome. Also, I really have to mention how amazing the pool was - the best resort pool I've been to.

I had an amazing stay at Tropicana Resort in Phu Quoc! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit every taste. My room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The large pool was a great way to unwind, and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus. Free sunbeds and towel services were provided, and it was fantastic to be able to order food and drinks directly at the beach.
The only downside was the lack of control over the beach beds. I noticed that some guests were leaving their items on the beds early in the morning or even overnight to reserve them, but would only return many hours later. This was really frustrating, as it prevented other guests from using the sunbeds. It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds. I stayed for 5 days and was only able to use a sunbed once, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, the resort was wonderful, but improving this small issue would make it even better. Still, highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay!
**Overall Experience:**
My stay at Venice Hotel Phu Quoc was pleasant. The hotel’s [Italian-inspired design/beachfront location] gave it a unique charm.
**Room & Comfort:**
The rooms was clean/cozy but small, with a comfortable bed/nice balcony. However, the bathroom needed upgrades/Wi-Fi was weak.
**Facilities & Service:**
The pool was a highlight—serene and well-maintained/crowded at times]. Staff were friendly and helpful , and the breakfast buffet had good but limited options.
**Location:**
Great spot if you want to be near Grand World/Night Market, not far from the airport. The free airport shuttle was the best.
**Final Thoughts:**
I’d rate it **7/10**—decent for the price, but I expected more. Best for families looking for a romantic getaway.
There are a lot of 4-star hotels in Rakja, so I stayed one night with my friends after reading the reviews.
Although it is a bit old, I had a good rest at a reasonable price.
The pool isn't that small and my friends enjoyed swimming in the slightly salty water.
I will visit again next time I have the chance.
Magnificent hotel. Perfect location for us who arrived by boat and left the same way.
The view is superb. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Mekong.
The staff arranged for us to have a room early in the morning given our arrival time.
The servers were lovely even though I was sick.
In short, flawless.
I found everything perfect. Central location but silent and hidden from the traffic, great service and polite staff, beautiful rooms and beautiful resort, beautiful swimming pool, amazing breakfast, relaxing spa. I can only recommend this resort as one of the best to stay in Phu Quoc.

1. The room looks like the advertised pictures. The space under and in the door frame when you close the door was quite large, which was very concerning for bugs to get into the room.
2. I really like the addition of the bathtub and that they provide you with bath salts. The shower is lovely and so are the provided shower, gels shampoo, and conditioner.
3. We got locked out on the balcony on the first night because the balcony door lock was really loose and when you close the door, it locked from the inside. We were outside for an hour screaming for help, and there was no security or staff on the grounds. Finally, our neighbor heard us and called the front desk and they finally got into the room and opened the door. They did change the locks the next day, but it did the very same thing.
4. Front desk called our room at 6AM on our last day, for the airport car when we had stated (and they had written it down ) that we wanted the car for 6PM.
5. The breakfast was incredibly underwhelming. Half the stuff seemed old and not very appropriate for breakfast.
6. Overall, it was not the worst stay in Phu quoc .. but I highly doubt I would stay again. There were too many preventable issues
Very satisfied, the staff are also very enthusiastic, you can see the fireworks on the balcony at night, and you can also watch Netflix movies and some domestic TV series

Very Good
GGuest UserVery good location and good services. They have a private beach in front of the hotel and we’re very relaxed and enjoy it. That is why we have come back again to stay two more nights here 😊

KK.L.LauWe arrived at Phu Quoc Airport at around 6:30pm, the hotel has free shuttle bus pick-up in airport, but it is no longer available after 6pm. I hope the hotel can consider re-arranging the airport pick up time, because most flights arrive in the evening or at night. So, that time we paid in advance to arrange private car transfer to the hotel. We chose to stay at M hotel Rooftop Ocean View Suite on our first night, the room has sea views on both sides of the window, and the terrace has a table and stools, as well as and an open-air bathtub. Overall feeling is good, and the location is very close to night market, just only around 8min walk. Just only breakfast buffet has few choices.
GGuest UserOverall, this hotel is good!
Pros:
- peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation.
- Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter.
- Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available).
- 2-king sized beds, great!
- Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance.
- It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast.
- Free minimal water for refill.
- Welcome drink and fruit at room
- free bike rental
Cons:
- the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel.
- Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time!
- I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary!
- Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower…
- Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed
DDauzOnly⭐ Mixed Feelings: A Great Experience… and a Bit of a Nightmare 😅
Let me share my honest experience staying here – it was a mix of amazing moments and frustrating issues.
⸻
✅ The Good Stuff:
• The room was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable – I honestly didn’t feel like leaving!
• I had a perfect view of the nightly fireworks, which felt magical. Seriously, 10/10 for the vibe.
• The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and small requests feel pleasant.
• The entire place has huge potential, especially if you’re into photography – aesthetic corners everywhere!
⸻
❌ The Not-So-Great:
• Sadly, some facilities were poorly maintained – especially the pool area. It really needs attention if they want guests to enjoy it fully.
• Cleanliness was almost okay, but not quite up to expectation.
• The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and the floor kept getting flooded due to a blocked drain. Quite uncomfortable.
• The water kettle didn’t work, which was disappointing when I just wanted a warm drink after a long day.
⸻
📝 Final Thoughts:
This place has great potential, but it really needs serious upgrades to match the expectations of travellers. After a tiring day out, guests want comfort, convenience, and smooth facilities — not small frustrations.
If improvements are made (especially in maintenance and cleanliness), I would definitely consider coming back. There’s something special about this place… just hoping it can truly shine like it deserves to.
YYAUHENIFood in the hotel restaurant(Pansy Coffee&Bistro) isn’t good, quality is low. Pizza it’s a frozen pizza from supermarket they just make it hot there, menu is very week. We didn’t have a hot water in the room many times, just last day we had a warm water. Hair dryer isn’t comfortable. Staff of the hotel is good, they always help if you ask them 🙂
KKa Shing15 mins away from the airport, 10 mins from the Night Market. It located at a very nice location. The rooms on the high floor has a lovely seaview.
I got the room at Ctrip for a very valuable package, room with breakfast. Worth to book it again.

CCici & Daniel around the WorldWe are absolutely in love with this place! I would go back over and over again!
It’s comfy, cozy, stylish, very well maintained, chill and the list goes on and on…
First, you can download an APP to book things or simply ask questions to the sweet receptionists.
The room we stayed in was the Suit. Super stylish and spacious. Bed was comfy and the bathtub just perfect.
If you are a foodie like us, you will be not be disappointed with the breakfast! Trust me.. I’ve never seen a place where you can order La Carte and have the second plate to choose if you are still hungry. Also, 3 drinks for every meal! It’s awesome!
The options for lunch and dinner are not expensive at all and the vibes are just another great point about this place.
You can use the gym, sauna and the pool from Sealing Club - and to move there you can get the free shuttle service or get the bicycles available from the hotel 🤩
Forgot to mention they also give you free ice cream cupons!
I would like to thank them for the sweet treat they gave us to celebrate our anniversary. Highly appreciated 🫶🏼
I’m afraid I forgot things to mention. Honestly, such a great place to stay if you considering this area for your holiday in Phu Quoc
