"If I travel to Gwangju again, I will come here again.
From friendly reception, clean and comfortable bedding, to breakfast service, nothing is missing.
Overall, I thought the atmosphere was warm, different from other lodgings.
Maybe that's why I can't sleep deeply outside, but I slept soundly here.
It felt like sleeping at home with my mother's touch.
While eating breakfast, I overheard the conversation of the ladies preparing the next meal.
The friendly atmosphere was good, whether it was run by the family or the staff and family.
Everything was really good."
"I went small trip and stayed hotel myself. The hotel looks bit old but fine location. It was bit noisy, still okay in the middle of the city. However, cleanliness was poor because I saw short hair everyday that wasn't mine and I was smelled terribly weird thing when I turned on the air-condition."
"The overall environment of the room is OK, there is a bathtub, the room is very warm, and there is a CU convenience store downstairs. The hotel is located in the city center, about 10-15 minutes walk from Uncheon subway station (운천역), and next to the 5.18 Memorial Park. The biggest problem is that the bed sheets and quilt covers are not cleaned properly. After opening them, I found a lot of hair stuck to them😣. The waiter changed the room, but the new room still had the same problem😣. The breakfast variety is a bit limited. I don’t know if it is the same here."

"Compared to the price, the spacious space and comfortable facilities were great. It was clean and seemed well managed. It would be good to go with friends. I will definitely use it again next time."
"There are delicious restaurants nearby and convenience stores are close
It was not difficult to find a way and it was nice not to be kind at the front desk.
The warm water was good right away"
"It is in the center of the city, so it is good to go to convenience stores and restaurants, and the hotel facilities are aging, but there is a parking lot, a comfortable bed, a clothing storage and steaming equipment."

"Five families went to Seoul on the Kia Championsfield Ferris wheel.
I caught it in a hurry. It was so cheap that I didn't expect it.
It was spacious, comfortable and beyond expectations.
Especially at the price ~
I went without expectation for breakfast.
I have bread, cereal, cup noodles."

Great
JJinThis is the best hotel during my 2 week stay in South Korea. The location was great as it is 5 mins' walk to Gwangjusongjeong station and near the street where there are grilled short rib patties.
The room was super spacious and came with a massage chair and a jacuzzi bathtub. They even have branded shampoo and conditioner in the room and also provided toner and essence for face. This is so amazing.
There is free self service washing machine and dryer on level 10 too. Service was also great. Check in (2pm) was earlier than other hotels (3pm).
It was really great value for money as the room cost <SGD105 a night. It was just wow.
SSarah Lois YongA 15-minute bus ride away (depends on traffic) from the Gwangjusongjeong KTX Train station. A hotel with very cheerful and friendly staff! Bright, clean and spacious room with toiletries that smell so good (relaxing tangerine scent). Bed is really comfortable. Good sound-proofing (for light sleepers).
Breakfast is a self-help bar. I was too shy to cook noodles and fry eggs in front of other guests. Gimbap (seaweed rice rolls) was good with my coffee.
Recommendations for food and places of interests were compiled neatly in a folder in the room. I tried the 낙지 (baby octopus) restaurant and visited the Asia Culture Centre. A worthwhile trip!
Aside from Naver Map needed to navigate the location of the hotel from the bus stop, I was quite pleased with everything else.
WWING TUNGThe room is big and tidy
There are charges for some supplies. It is better to bring the necessary items with you as much as possible.
Otherwise, there is also Olive Young nearby that can replenish the stock immediately 😂
It’s just that the type c cable attached to the room failed to charge successfully.
But there is an international plug available in the room
GGuest UserPros
Excellent Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the metro line, making it easy to access the airport and main train station.
Soundproofing: The soundproofing is impressive, allowing for a restful night’s sleep without disturbances from outside noise.
Great Dining Options: There are plenty of good food options nearby, adding to the overall experience.
Cons
Bright Control Panel Lights: The orange light from the temperature control panel is excessively bright at night. Additionally, the centralized light control panel emits a very bright blue light. Even after turning off the main lights, these panels create a glowing ambiance that can be quite annoying. In Japan, similar panels allow users to turn off the lights on the control itself, which would be an improvement here.
Conclusion
Overall, while the location, soundproofing, and dining options are excellent, the overly bright control panel lights detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay. I hope the management considers making adjustments to enhance guest comfort.
KKliTorThere were 15 storeys in our hotel. Our room was on the second floor. It was quite big. There was one double bed, two single beds, a bathroom and a balcony in it. The view from the balcony was unforgettable – serene infinite sea and lush greenery.
There was a big restaurant in our hotel. We had our breakfast there. The food at the restaurant was delicious and varied.
There were two large swimming pools in the hotel. One swimming pool was only for adults, however, the other swimming pool was for everyone. By the swimming pools there were bars where we could get snacks and ice-cream. There was also a gym with a sauna, a small tennis court and a gift shop in our hotel.
I really liked our holiday in Malta and I hope that one day we will go back there!
EEffyOhhWe had booked a deluxe double room for 3 people and were told the day we were arriving that it wasn't possible. Trip contacted us to sort it out and we were ready to pay an extra room and sorti it later. But when we arrived, they surprisingly were very nice about it and didn't mind when they saw ”reservation for 3 people” so we got a nice room for 3 people and they even gave us extra amenities (shampoo, shower gel...)
We also had breakfast for the 3 people (which was also surprising as it said for 2) nothing amazing but fresh fruits and a few other things we didn't eat.
Staff were very very friendly and accommodating so i would recommend and also visit again if I'm going back to gwangju.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is good and the room is very spacious
There is even a table on the sofa
So it is comfortable
The building is a bit old, so it is not new, but it is clean
When I went into the room I stayed in, it smelled a bit of cigarette smoke
But it was okay when I turned on the air conditioner
Breakfast is also delicious for this price!
GGuest UserThe nicest people I've ever met. I came too early but was still able to check in. The owners talked a lot with me and we even drank a coffee together. They also helped me with my SIM card. The room was more than enough and the location was good woth a lot of stores around, while still being in a quiet environment. Definitely recommend going here and would love to come back when I'm back in south korea.
GGuest UserAlthough it was a little old, it was overall a satisfactory accommodation. Mano is a place with motels and hotels nearby, and there are many restaurants, so it is a good location.
