Hotel is not bad, but during our stay, most of the common areas were quite cold. Also, water in the main pool was quite cold, as well as the air temperature, making it unpleasant. It is ok for pure swimming, but since it is a family hotel, temperature should be fine also for kids playing. Service in the Merket restaurant was quite poor, while in the Chinese restaurant the service was very good, as well as the food, much better than in the Market. Breakfast is good. There is a small outside playground with animals. Some of the animals (the cow, the small rodents…) look a little bit suffering. If you don’t speak Chinese it is quite difficult to understand what kind of activities can be done (in the hotel or with hotel support), and nobody is proposing anything at first. All in all, not thinking to come back.

There is still room for improvement. The floor heating temperature is because it is a cycle of the whole building, so the temperature control effect in the room is limited. Even if we turn it off on the first night, it was still hot and didn't sleep well all night. There is a lack of towels in the room. There is no chair on the floor in the room, which is not convenient for the elderly to rest. The TV is not equipped with cable, we will on-demand and cast screens, and the elderly have not much choice. The time is from 6:30-10:30, which can be said to be very humane. We all slept in for a long time before going to breakfast, and there was plenty of time. The service is nice, whether it is the young lady at the front desk, the restaurant boy, or the concierge who rents bicycles, they all feel well-trained and treat guests with courtesy and kindness.
