Very friendly receptionist, but the cleanliness is far from ideal. The exposed part of the matrass showed visible stains, the entire bedroom floor was covered in lots of circular stains, and there were long hairs still left in the bathroom. If it wasn't for the friendly Nepali receptionist, my experience would have been significantly less favorable.

This hotel has a great location, super convenient to get around. The room was clean and had a nice view. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

It is located close to Antwerp Centum. Room are clean and bright. Carrefour express are located about 3 mins away. Very convenient.

The receptionist was very rude and clearly hated their job! While everyone can have a bad day, a bit of friendliness would have been appropriate here. Upon entering the room, there was a very unpleasant smell. I had to use my deodorant and perfume just to get through the night without feeling nauseous. The room was dirty, with stains on the mattress. I was afraid to get into bed due to dust and stains everywhere. The shower was absolutely appalling! Just look at the photos – mold everywhere 🤢🤮. When I shower, I expect to feel clean afterwards, but that wasn't the case! They'll never see me back here. Huge thumbs down for this hotel; I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here! Room smells like mold, pillows and covers full of sweat, had to open the window during the night to not suffocate. If you are reading this do not book here.

The room was absolutely filthy, marks and stains everywhere, and smelled horrible, the toilet bins were not even emptied when I checked in🤢. Sound proofing was non existent. And all the amenities that were listed to be in the room were nowhere to be found, and the aircon was completely useless. Set it to the lowest temperature and it was cooler outside than the room at night.

Nice accommodation in Antwerp, clean, quiet, provide a fridge, kettle in the room.

Generally good except that lift didn’t work when we there. Room air conditioning didn’t work very well

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was very noisy.

A quick & easy 6-min walk from the Centraal Train Station, and another comfortable 12-min walk to the Cathedral and the main square. Very central. I didn't need a bus ride during my visit. Hotel staff very kind---the tall white man at the Reception (the name of whom I forgot to ask) was very kind and helpful, helping me solve all the problems smoothly. The lady at the Reception was also very kind, giving me my room before the check-in time, because the room happened to have been available at the time. The room had everything as promised. All perfect! What a delightful stay! Highly recommended!

Good price for a great location. Clean rooms and close to train station. Safe area, next to Diamond Area.

Excellent location, very close to train station and within 30 min walk of most tourist destinations. Hotel is a bit run down
