The hotel is located next to the main road, not far from the highway exit, has a large parking lot, and has its own restaurant of high quality. Free upgrade to executive suite, the sanitary facilities are very good. The breakfast has rich variety and high quality.

It was my first time in Anyang. I am quite picky about hotels, but I have to give this hotel a five-star rating. The front desk reception was warm and responsive. Because the train time was 6:30 in the evening, I hoped to rest after the trip before going to the train station. I asked for a late check-out, and the front desk extended it to 5:30. I am really grateful. The driver Xiaolu was on time and polite. He insisted on taking the two suitcases himself. It was a very good accommodation experience.

This is my first time in Anyang. I don’t know other hotels and have no comparison. As for this place, I was very satisfied with the Weijiatianxia restaurant on the second floor. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and I used the private room for free. I would like to especially thank a girl in the small private room around 8pm on the 7th. She was kind and enthusiastic, like a little sister next door. It was a pity that I forgot to ask her name, and when I returned to the hotel for the next two days, it was after the restaurant's opening hours. We almost missed the train when we left, but luckily the hotel arranged for Master Lu to take us to the station, and he arrived just in time. Master Lu also provided us with emotional value along the way. Thank you very much! Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service in a small city.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the high-speed rail station, the square at the entrance is large, and the rooms are neat and clean. The night view outside the window is nice, and it is very convenient to have robots deliver the takeaway. Juncao at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and solved the problem in a timely manner!

The government reception hotel is a local five-star hotel with a grand appearance. The guest room facilities are not new but clean and tidy. Overall, it should be good in a fourth-tier city. Let's talk about the bad points 😅 The service awareness is not strong. Whether it is the front desk, lobby, or room attendants, they will not take the initiative to say hello and have no smile. The doorman stood stupidly at the door and didn't know to take the initiative to open the car door for the guests. The service ability is not enough. There are few varieties of Western food in the breakfast restaurant, and there is butter but no butter knife. It is not early to open the door at 7 o'clock, but until 7:30, the stools are still dragged and the tables are tidied, and the noise affects the guests' dining; the sanitation of the restaurant needs to be improved; there is a square across the road from the hotel, and the square dance is opened on time every night, and the sound is particularly loud until 10 o'clock. One song is looped for 1 hour, which is annoying and unfriendly to the guests staying in the hotel. Finally, Anyang is a tourist city that is about to be and is currently popular. I hope that the service industry can improve itself and seize this great opportunity.
