"Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~"

"We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!"

JJean Zimmermann qimengranThe location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

KKellyThe hotel is of a relatively high standard among four-star hotels. We booked a loft room and our family of three lived very comfortably. The breakfast standard was also very high, with a wide selection of bread, cake, cheese, ham, and fruit, and the service was also very good. However, since it was my first time in Venice, I didn't know that taxis couldn't go directly to the hotel, so I walked 1.2 kilometers with my luggage up and across the bridge, which was very tiring. I knew I could take a boat when I left, so everyone should plan well.

GGuest UserThe room was a significant departure from the pictures advertised, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel's location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Having breakfast outdoors right by the Grand Canal offered truly fantastic views. A minor point: there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, which might be an unexpected oversight for Chinese guests accustomed to this amenity in hotels. That said, the primary reason we chose this hotel was its convenient location for sightseeing, so these other issues were secondary.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, making it very convenient for trips to Rome and Florence. There are also many boat terminals nearby for scenic boat tours, so transportation is a breeze. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even provided a free map of Venice. The morning service staff were attentive and thorough. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room was clean and well-equipped with plenty of power outlets (though adapters are needed). The central air conditioning provides both heating and cooling. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Besides shampoo and shower gel, they also provided body lotion, which was a very thoughtful touch. The heated towel rack was a fantastic detail, ensuring warm towels every time – they really think of the guests! The entire room was very spacious, and the facilities were brand new. The family suite has a unique design and can accommodate four people, offering good privacy.

るいすすあれすThis apartment-style hotel was perfect for a family trip! The room and bed were very spacious, and the living room had an open feel. The kitchen has an oven and washing machine, which is very convenient for long-term trips. The staff were very kind and we were able to check in smoothly. Venice isn't that large, so you can basically get to the tourist spots on foot. It's also about 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, so it was perfect for using the water bus!

YYunyoudebaobaoThis hotel is in the quiet Lido~ If you exit Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, you need to take the Line 5.1 water bus (45-50 minutes) to Lido Station. It takes 17-20 minutes to walk from Lido S.M.E Station. If you have a lot of luggage, such as (2 pieces/more than 2 pieces), it is recommended to call a car directly. It is quite tiring to walk and push the suitcase. The hotel room I was given this time was very large, enough for 4 people~ I booked a double bed room for 1-2 people online (at that time, a friend was still waiting to decide whether to join)~ In the end, my friend was not able to join~ But the room the hotel gave me had 3 beds (1 double bed + 2 single beds) which was a bit unexpected~ It is more suitable for family travel. The hotel environment is very good~ Facing the sea and spring flowers blooming. There is a courtyard, lawn and chairs at the door of the room for rest ~ a strong seaside villa holiday style ~ Hotel facilities: Although the room is large: But I didn't see any slippers. Of course, you have to get water from the minibar ~ and of course you have to buy it yourself ~ This is similar in European hotels. It's within the expected situation. For breakfast - the overall difference between hotels in Europe with a price range of 1-1.5k/night is not big: mainly Western style - bread, milk, juice, eggs, ham, cheese, coffee... Chinese stomachs have to overcome themselves. Travel is also quite convenient. If you need to go to the main island or other islands, walk 1.1 kilometers to Lido Station to take the water bus.

KKyRuSThe hotel is a bit far from the main pier, it takes 10 or 20 minutes to walk, and you have to wait by bus, which is not very frequent. There is a close pier but not commonly used so it is not useful. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very courteous, worthy of praise! Instead, the person who should be the owner of the house at check-in is average. Room booked for 3 days, no hot water the next morning! Take a cold shower! It's cold to sick 😑 The photos of the room are too beautiful 😅

DDenysBWe arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

GGez2008Location is easy to get to and right on the Grand Canal. Perfect for exploring the beauty of Venice. Service was generally helpful. Staff could have explained some elements in the room better. The room itself was disappointing. Very old fashioned and in need of major decoration. The first night only a sheet was provided and we were cold and did not sleep well. This was rectified for the second night. Our room faced a courtyard and was quiet, but quite dark. Overall disappointing for the price
