Osaka Hotels with balcony

The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

One word that explained my whole experience here- magnificent! I love how the apartment looks like as a whole! It’s more than what I expected! The owner of the place is very responsive to my inquiries and very kind. The place is near to metro station , supermarket, & tourist spots .. I will finally book this place again on my next visit to osaka! Kudos 🩷🩷🩷

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Shinsaibashi and about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There's also a ship chandlery store along the way, perfect for a quick browse. The people in Osaka are indeed much warmer than those in Tokyo; their service attitude is excellent, and they're very responsive. When the small safe in my room malfunctioned, the front desk lady came immediately to fix it and even gave me two breakfast vouchers. I regret not asking for her name when I left; I'll be sure to do so next time I have the chance.

The guesthouse's location is incredibly convenient. It's a 30-minute ride on the Nankai Airport Line to Tengachaya Station, followed by a straightforward 30-minute walk. Alternatively, the Yotsubashi Line's Hanazonocho Station is even closer, just under a 5-minute walk across the road and along Hanazonocho Hondori, offering direct access to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There's also Shin-Imamiya JR Station, which is a bit further, about 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk. Check-in was a breeze; upon arrival, you simply collect your keys from the mailbox in the room to the right of the main entrance. Daily trash disposal is easy – just take your rubbish downstairs to the large bin located to the left inside the gated area. The lobby provides handy supplies like trash bags, fresh towels, and toothbrushes. Room amenities are excellent and the space is ample, which is a big advantage of guesthouses over hotels. There's a microwave, pots, pans, and dishes, so you can buy groceries and prepare simple meals. A washing machine with detergent and a drying rack on the balcony are also provided. Before booking, I was quite concerned about the noise issues mentioned in other reviews, and I was a bit apprehensive before my trip. I was assigned a third-floor room not facing the train line, and while it was a lower floor, I had read reviews saying rooms on the opposite side were also noisy. However, my personal experience was that there was no sound at all. Even when trains passed, the noise wasn't significant, unless you're an extremely light sleeper who needs absolute quiet. Personally, I don't see it as an issue. For those like us, staying in a room on the opposite side, we didn't hear any track noise at all. Plus, the hotel offers direct views of Abeno Harukas and Tsutenkaku, both about a 30-minute walk away. I even went up to the 9th floor to catch the sunset. Overall, this guesthouse offers great value for money. While it's true there are some homeless people in the area to the right, it still feels very safe and doesn't affect your travel plans. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Although the space is compact, it felt surprisingly spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was well equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, TV, microwave, kitchen, and cooking utensils. We especially loved the balcony, as it was perfect for drying our clothes every day. What impressed us the most was the host's kindness and hospitality. We arrived in Osaka after a long flight, feeling exhausted and sleep-deprived, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. The host kindly accommodated our request at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. Being able to rest before exploring Osaka made a huge difference to our trip. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka and would happily stay here again!

I was incredibly lucky to book this accommodation, which has only been open for six months. The location is excellent – a 3-minute walk to the subway station, 10 minutes to Tsutenkaku Tower, and less than 10 minutes to Kizunai Market (closed on Wednesdays). Convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are all within easy reach, offering plenty of choices. There was a slight paint smell in the lobby on the ground floor, but not on the room floors. The bathroom exhaust fan runs 24/7, which was a little noisy, but acceptable. The toilet is a bidet, and there's a bathtub and a separate shower, with a good wet/dry separation. There's also a heater and dryer, which would be great in winter. I washed clothes in the room's washing machine, hung them in the bathroom with the dryer on, and they were dry by the time I returned in the evening. The fridge has a freezer, and there's a microwave and a hairdryer. Few hotels offer daily cleaning now, but here you can hang a sign out to request it. Trash left outside the door before 11 AM will be collected. You can exchange towels at the front desk, and toothbrushes and other amenities, including laundry detergent, are available downstairs. There are two elevators for the 14-story building, and we stayed on the 13th floor, so we rarely had to wait long. There's a luggage storage room, and you can borrow umbrellas for free on rainy days. All the facilities feel very new. The price was also incredibly affordable. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. Finally, the only minor drawback was that the front desk staff were sometimes absent, which caused a slight inconvenience, but their service attitude was excellent.

The location is conveniently located between shinsaibashi and namba station. It is not too noisy and crowded in the area. Location was amazing for shopping, whenever we had too much to carry we would head back to drop everything off and take a quick rest. There are many great food options nearby like ichiran, okonomiyaki ajinoya hoten, onigiri gorichan, gyukatsu motomura and idaten. The room had ample space for our 4 huge luggages and 3 cabin luggages. The room might be slightly dark but there is sunlight in the morning. The toilet bowl, bathtub/shower area and sink is in individual rooms. It may be convenient or inconvenient for some. However for the room we stayed in, we struggled to find areas to hang our clothes while showering as there was no hooks to hang them in the shower area. The soundproofing is not the best but not too noisy. The hotel breakfast is great! I loved the corn soup, rice, curry and their eggs. Their croissant is fragrant and tasty too. They had a wide spread of salad that rotates. They had salmon avocado salad, wagyu beef salad and pork with carrot sauce salad (my favourite). They had yogurt and fruits too. They also had a small gym and a lounge with a pool table.

I loved it so much! They held my luggage for me, and the whole place was neat and clean. Having a bathtub and that chair was such a huge plus! Unlike other Japanese accommodations, the room was really spacious, the price was great, and having a microwave, gas stove, and all the utensils was just perfect, haha. Plus, they gave us drink coupons that we could use for any menu item! Honestly, there wasn't a single bad thing about it. I was worried after seeing some mixed reviews, thinking it might be a hit or miss, but everything was just great for me, so I'd definitely want to come back next time. It's my first time in Osaka, and thanks to this place, I'm leaving with wonderful memories! Thank you so much, haha.

I had a wonderful two-day stay here. The hygiene was impeccable, and the room was quite spacious. My favorite part was the communal kitchen in the common area. I wasn't quite used to Japanese food, so it was a lifesaver that the kitchen was fully equipped. I could prepare my own meals.

There was no TV, but it was great to have a projector. When filling the bathtub, it was the type where you have to turn a faucet and adjust the balance of hot and cold water. I felt the water was cooler than the set temperature, so I ended up taking a lukewarm bath. I think this would be a bit tough on a cold day. The reviews mentioned there were no pajamas, so I brought my own. It would have been even better if it said 'no loungewear' in the amenities section.
