The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Bali

The hotel lobby is truly opulent, and the views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, making you feel like you're on top of the world. From the moment you arrive, a dedicated staff member will accompany you to assist with check-in. You simply provide your passport, relax in the opulent lobby, and enjoy a welcome drink – no waiting in line whatsoever. We arrived past 6 PM, so we were able to check in immediately. A staff member will then escort you to your room and provide a thorough orientation of all its amenities. The hotel offers complimentary buggy service to transport you anywhere on the property (as shown in the last photo), though walking is also an option. The hotel organizes a variety of activities daily; some may require a participation fee. There aren't many dining options outside the hotel, and the hotel's own meals generally start from CNY200+ per person, so do keep that in mind.

For our second hotel in Bali, we chose Mandapa Ritz, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The views are stunning, the design is incredibly thoughtful, and every corner of the property feels exquisite. The service, in particular, was exceptional; all the staff members were incredibly professional and genuinely warm. It was my husband's birthday during our visit, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged birthday decorations in our room. They even organized a surprise birthday song during breakfast, which truly put a perfect end to our trip. Additionally, the food was consistently delicious, from breakfast to the other restaurants on the property. Mandapa Ritz is clearly a hotel that goes above and beyond for its guests. Our entire family loved it, and we would enthusiastically recommend it to all our friends!
