"Regular in this hotel. Friendly staff and is one of the nicest with great amenities around like Aeon Mal a 2mins walk and Joe kitchen. Air-conditioning works fine and the rooms are spacious."

"The room was good, and the room service was unexpectedly excellent. The complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch. The front desk staff was helpful, but there is room for improvement in maintenance. Attention is needed regarding the condition of the rooms; for example, the posters were semi-detached from the wall, there was a crack in the ceiling, the water heater was not working, the toilet door mat was missing, and there was dust underneath the bed. I hope these issues can be addressed, as a 3-star hotel should strive to meet international standards. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay."

"My flight was delayed promting me to book this hotel, the 24 hours reception is beneficial because I checked in at 4 am, the check in was smooth n was guided to the room fast so I can rest the night..... Will book again in future, the location is close to klia and eaon mall"

"For me, this is budget hotel. No food include but nearest with restaurant. I booked it for my convocation ceremony because it's near to my university. I stayed here twice and booked again because of services, staffs and locations is good . It takes 1 hour to them cleaned the room before we check in and we impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Thank you again."
