MMounirMinaIf I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). MMAI armyThe type of room was different from the reservation at first, but after unfolding the luggage, they prepared the reserved room. The response from the older female staff was very good. The number of towels, water, and bathrobes were not prepared for the number of people. It would have been better if there was a Japanese-speaking staff. Also, the front desk is far away. They also provide lunch boxes. Please note that dinner closes at 18:00. I checked the app and it was dinner time from 19:00, but it was closed at 18:00. I asked to take a picture and they didn't believe me, but the dinner staff also told me that they close at 19:00. It was a pity that the hotel was very good because the time for dinner was a little longer and what the app and the hotel said was different. The hotel was really nice. Perhaps because it was Egypt, the hotel name was updated later, and I couldn't get in touch with the hotel in advance, so I think it wasn't compatible with the app.

AAnonymous UserFirst off, the hotel environment is simply stunning. Facing the sea, the gradient blue is absolutely gorgeous! We booked a sea-view room, and the one we got was fantastic, also facing the ocean. We booked an island hopping tour through a travel agency, and it turned out the boarding pier was right next to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. A great feature of this hotel is the public shower rooms with hot water. Even after checking out, you can still use them after returning from your island tour. A special thanks to the hotel manager. I misplaced a valuable item due to my own oversight, and the manager patiently reviewed the surveillance footage the entire time, eventually helping me find it. This really shows how reliable the hotel's security is. Vehicle checks for entry and exit are quite strict, and sometimes the security guards at the main gate even check if passengers have the hotel's wristbands.

GGuest UserThis resort hotel is absolutely fantastic! Once you book, all three meals are included, which is a great perk. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive; once you're checked in, there's really no need to go anywhere else. The pools are amazing, and they offer fitness classes like aerobics and yoga, plus sports activities like beach volleyball during the day. Definitely remember to bring your swimsuit! You can even snorkel right off the hotel's beach, and the little fish in the sea are absolutely beautiful.

If you have to go, you can consider this hotel 1. Service: The restaurant staff is OK, but – The staff on the beach will chat with white people very enthusiastically and ask what they want to drink, but I just skipped it. According to my observation, Chinese people all get their drinks from the bar. Interesting, the main purpose is to secretly disgust you. After complaining to the manager, there was no improvement (the management team apologized sincerely, but Egypt's structural discrimination may be unsolvable) – I was yelled at by the staff on the beach for moving an unused fence (the white people next to me used two without any problem) 2. Facilities: It is said that there are four restaurants, but it is impossible to make an appointment, which means that there is only one restaurant, and the food is at the level of a cafeteria. Only the barbecue bar is OK. Anyone who has stayed in all-inclusive hotels in other places can't praise it 3. The service was also very enthusiastic. There was even a scoring mechanism to rate each department when checking out. The fish in the seafood restaurant is more delicious than the buffet restaurant. I highly recommend it. The Moroccan restaurant is also very distinctive. The only drawback is that there is only one place in the hotel where you can get ice cream, and the opening hours are limited. Lightning rod: The taxi in the hotel lobby is extremely expensive. It is recommended to use the app to take a taxi yourself. The owner of the small shop in the deepest part of the north side of the hotel lobby quoted a price of 600 pounds for a black tea of ​​100 pounds, which shocked us.

MM440560****The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I waited over ten minutes, only to be given a room completely different from the sea-view room I booked—it faced a wall! I had to get angry before they finally switched me to a room with a sea view. It’s best to double-check everything at the front desk when checking in, especially since the rooms are quite a distance from the front desk, and the restaurant is across from the front desk, requiring a walk from the beach. This hotel's pool and beach don't prohibit Muslim swimwear, but the cleanliness felt average, and the facilities are a bit old. A particular note for parents: the pool under the children's play area is very deep. Even though there are lifeguards, parents should definitely accompany their children. The food is typical Egyptian quality, with freshly cut fruit and two dishes prepared live daily. The location is quite good, right in the middle of a lively area and very close to the city pier. However, be cautious of the small Egyptian souvenir shops to the left of the main entrance; I don't recommend them. If you really want to shop there, go with a group. The hotel also has its own pier for direct sea excursions, but be sure to choose your boat captain carefully. The hotel's landscaping is well-maintained with many cats, and the beach water is crystal clear, perfect for spotting small fish and water birds. There's morning yoga by the sea and evening entertainment. There are many hotels in this area, so you might consider staying at a few to get a different experience.

PPaulka215I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel, and overall I had a really good experience. The food was alright—definitely better than what I’ve had in all-inclusive hotels in Turkey or Tunisia. There was a wide variety of dishes, including lots of tasty options, cakes, tea, coffee (which was actually good), cocktails, and decent beer. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite and always willing to help—you can ask them anything and they’ll do their best. A special mention goes to Ahmed, the kitchen chef, who is an incredibly kind person. He really stood out, and I’d give an extra star just for him. The resort overall is not as busy as many other places in the area, which I really liked. It’s a smaller hotel compared to others nearby, with a simple, nice look—white buildings with brown windows, just like in the photos. It’s not a big aqua park-style resort, but honestly that was a plus for me, as I could relax without too many kids around. The beach is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. There are comfortable beds with shades/umbrellas around, so you can always find a good spot. The hotel has three swimming pools—the one next to the main restaurant is very large and usually empty, as most people stay at the smaller pool or by the beach. The sea water was a bit cold for my preference, but it’s beautifully clear and very clean. Many people really enjoy it, especially for snorkeling—there are amazing snorkeling spots right next to the resort. Rooms are cleaned every day, and you get two bottles of water per room daily, which is a nice touch. There are also plenty of activities: you can play tennis (though they only have one set of rackets), mini golf is included in the stay, and there’s a gym which is usually empty. There are snacks available by the pools and the beach, and a bar in the main restaurant. Outside the hotel, taxis are easy to find either at the lobby or on the street. Just make sure to agree on the price beforehand, or use the inDrive app—it’s usually cheaper than Uber or Careem, and you agree on the price upfront. There are a few shops nearby as well. If you need medication, it’s better to order from Self Care Pharmacy (you can find them on Facebook). For example, I ordered Antinal and rehydration salts with delivery for only 250 Egyptian pounds. They can deliver pretty much anything you need, and it’s much cheaper than buying inside the resort—definitely good to be prepared for emergencies. Overall, it’s a clean, more peaceful hotel with good service, plenty of food options, and lots to do. A great place to relax and enjoy the Red Sea.

GGuest User泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價
