This was a very satisfying hotel experience in Beijing. The facilities are a bit older, but that's understandable. The service was even better than at the Marriott in Shenzhen.

We had such a fantastic time bringing our child to the Le Du Port Marriott this trip! My child was participating in a robotics competition, and after adding the hotel's butler, Skyller, on WeChat, they pre-checked us in so my child could rest during lunchtime. We learned it was also my child's birthday that day, and they even prepared balloons and a small cake, which made my child incredibly happy. Any requests were promptly addressed. A huge thumbs up to Skyller! 👍 The room was spacious and clean, and the children's amenities were thoughtfully prepared; the small slippers and toothbrush made my child feel really involved. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and there was even a dedicated children's serving area, making mealtime enjoyable for my little one and stress-free for us. The pool temperature was just right for splashing around and enjoying the hot springs with the kids, plus there's a children's play area. It was a truly special birthday, and the attention to detail in the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this to families looking for a 'one-stop' destination for kids around Beijing.

I took the two elderly people to visit Yanqi Lake. Because I often live in Marriott on business trips, I booked two rooms when I saw Marriott have a two-day package. The front desk service was very good! First of all, the doorman saw that we had brought a wheelchair. The first time we raised the problem of green vegetables (the two elderly people had bad teeth). The second time we ate, the green vegetables were specially cooked very soft. We were very touched because the restaurant was busy and did not ask the name of the male manager on the day. Unfortunately, The elders are especially grateful to them! Although the new hotel, the whole service team is very professional and excellent, we will choose Marriott next time.
