The room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque. The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing. The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting. Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

The hotel's location is excellent, with two subway lines nearby; the closest is Line 10. Taxis are also readily available. All the staff, starting from the front desk, were warm and professional. The public facilities reminded me of international hotels, and the breakfast met expectations. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

Great location, free laundry, comfortable fresh room. It was quiet when I was there in July, so I had a good sleep. Stayed there on my way back home, originally intended to stay at a different hotel on Wangfujing (the one I stayed at before), but very glad I booked this hotel instead. The gym has several treadmills, it is right next to the laundry, so you can use it during the wait. The staff at the reception was friendly and professional. There's tea and yogurt served at the reception area. I really enjoyed the hotel overall. The only minor downsides were: 1) several patches of dust I found on the bed after the cleaning one day, 2) the tea supplied at the tea station was not a standard tea and had rather unusual taste (not bad, but different).

I booked two rooms, one with a window and one without. The room with a window had excellent natural light and was very comfortable to stay in. The hotel as a whole was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining right outside the door. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend choosing a room with a window.

Arrived hotel very late in the night, reception lady was very helpful and patient catering to all enquirers. As I do not have a local mobile number, they were helpful to help with food ordering from their APP. Breakfast selection and ambience was quiet, clean , simple . Apartments location is also at a quiet peaceful place and best part near to city third ring road of Beijing

For my son's birthday, the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade to a themed kids' room. My son was absolutely thrilled—it was one of the highlights of our trip to Beijing. A huge thank you to the management and staff for such attentiveness to guests! I especially want to commend the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The concierges repeatedly assisted us with calling taxis and answered all our questions, which made traveling around the city very easy. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a pleasant aroma, and the classic interior creates an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Breakfasts were also a pleasant surprise: a wide selection of dishes, including European items, so everyone can find something to their taste. We were very pleased with our choice. Many thanks to the entire team at Grand Concordia Hotel for the warm welcome, care, and wonderful memories of our first trip to Beijing!

This hotel is an absolute mess. I'd like to ask the hotel manager what they would do if their own daughter was harassed by a male front desk employee while staying at a hotel. What you all did is truly appalling. As a woman, I was contacted privately on WeChat by one of your male staff members, and all you did was give me a perfunctory and evasive response. I'm honestly so upset and speechless, I cried today. But what can I, as an ordinary person, really do? I just won't stay here again, and I seriously advise everyone else not to either 😂. The room facilities have safety hazards, and staff members are harassing guests privately. These two issues alone clearly show the massive loopholes in the hotel's management. The hotel's handling of the situation was superficial and evasive, with no compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was for the hotel to show a serious attitude towards resolving the issue, but unfortunately, that never happened from start to finish.

I have been staying in this hotel since I came back a few years ago. It is very humane and upgraded me to a standard room on a high floor for free. I asked for a few more pairs of slippers, and they were given to me the day before yesterday. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again next time.
