JJiujiurenshengmeiThe room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque. The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing. The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting. Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

GGuest UserMinimalist and Healing Vibes Stepping into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the refreshing orange fragrance, washing away all travel fatigue. The design is minimalist yet tasteful, with warm lighting creating a cozy and upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and odor-free, with smart controls throughout. I loved being able to voice-control the lights and curtains – super lazy-friendly! The bedding was incredibly soft, like sinking into a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep. This place truly excels in the details, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel!

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating! After comparing several accommodations, the overall quality and service here completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is clean and tidy throughout. The lobby is spotless and grand, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel instantly relaxed the moment you step in. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserThe room, though not large, is fully equipped with everything you need and has many thoughtful design touches. The location is very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around, and there's a shopping mall right next door with plenty of dining options. The front desk staff and servers were all very attentive, promptly understanding customer needs and proactively listening to guest feedback. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

GGuest UserI specifically brought my kids to Universal Studios and decided to stay here for two nights. I debated for a long time whether to stay at a Universal hotel or nearby, and I'm so glad I chose this place. Upon arrival, I thought the hotel was particularly beautiful and very new. Check-in was on the eighth floor. From the floor-to-ceiling windows on the eighth floor, you can get a really clear view of Hogwarts Castle. We were given a corner room on the tenth floor, which was very quiet, though a bit of a walk from the elevator. The room had two 1.3-meter beds, which was enough for me and my two kids. There's also a capsule coffee machine in the room, so I could make coffee in the morning. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast because we woke up late. The hotel's location is excellent. It's a 5-minute taxi ride to Universal Studios, and right next door is the Wangfujing Bayland shopping mall, which is huge. You can walk directly through the hotel's third floor to the mall, which is incredibly convenient and keeps you out of the sun. Back to the room: it has two small vanity sinks, so families don't have to crowd. The toilet and shower are separate, but the water pressure in the shower was too low, possibly because we were on the 10th floor. I hope they can improve this; showering wasn't a great experience. On the top floor, there's a bar that's beautiful at night, but they don't allow minors, even for dining, which was a shame. I took the kids up to see the view but we had to go back to the room. There's also a Sichuan restaurant on the 10th floor. The reception area on the eighth floor has a section for hotel afternoon tea, which overlooks the Universal Studios park. There's a swimming pool on the 10th floor. It's not a huge area, but it's quite lovely. I went to take a look but didn't swim. I asked, and it closes at 10:30 PM. After check-out, you can store your luggage on the first floor and then go shopping at the mall. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money. Staying here for Universal Studios means you save enough money to buy an Express Pass, which is fantastic!

GGuest UserWe had a very satisfying stay. The front desk staff saw we had seniors with us and proactively helped us choose the best room. The room was quite good, located in a hotel inside Qianmen Street. The facilities were excellent and very new. The air conditioning was also nice and cool. As soon as you enter the lobby, the front desk greets you with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience with fantastic value for money!

KKaixinguofeimeiI booked this hotel for my Mexican clients who were traveling in China. They absolutely loved it and said it's a hotel they'd choose again if they came back to China. They specifically mentioned that the front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They even said they'd be back!

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious with a window overlooking the street, and the price was excellent. I especially appreciated the human touch of being able to redeem points for breakfast and a late check-out. The breakfast itself was good and plentiful. The location is convenient, with Changying subway station nearby, as well as shopping centers, restaurants, and a park. The only downside is that some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the lobby feels a bit plain and unexciting.

RRudyMadrigalI’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here. Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy. I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response. This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

GGuest UserThe location is pretty good, near the financial district. However, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel of this caliber where the mini-bar had no drinks. I was quite shocked when I felt unwell in the middle of the night and wanted a carbonated drink but couldn't find any 😱. I called the hotel (using the number linked directly on Trip.com) from outside because of an issue, and they said it was the main switchboard and they needed to transfer me to the front desk. They were all busy, so they asked me to leave my number and said they'd get back to me later. But I never heard back. These two points really don't match the service level expected of a five-star hotel!
