It is really good, small cozy hotel. Clean, has everything needed for stay. Amazing location near the shop street in Berlin. Good breakfast.

Very big room, 4 people has more than enough space. So close to shops and restaurants. I liked Breakfast too

Friendly and accomodating staff. Very good location, convenient to bus, trains and shops. Lots of restaurants nearby. Will recommend and if I have to comeback to Berlin will definitely stay here again. Breakfast has few choices.

Great location, huge room, great staff and fabulous breakfast.

It is an old but a nice hotel in a very good location. Just five minutes to the subway and ten minutes to the train station (S-Bahn) on foot, so you can easily get around. Lots of opportunities to shop and enjoy, two large supermarkets directly at vicinity. We were served by Ms. Martina and she was wonderful to us, always smiling and ready to solve any problems that may arise.

Good stay and good value

The hotel's location is ideal for tourists in Berlin. It's well-connected, and the view from the panoramic room was excellent, as shown in the picture.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the bus station and subway station. The facilities are very old and the elevator is a bit scary. You have to open the door manually. The room is also very old, the design is a bit weird, and the soundproofing is not very good, you will be woken up by the noise of the street in the morning. There is a luggage storage service, but guests are asked to put the luggage in the storage room. The room is not locked and can be entered and exited freely, so I dare not leave valuables in it. But the good thing is that the hotel is very close to a supermarket and there is a Lidl next to it.

Advantages: The hotel is located in the downtown area, very close to the Berlin Theater Festival headquarters, and has a good value for money. Transportation and food are very convenient. shortcoming: 1. Hotel services are average. When I checked in at the appointed time, I was told I had to wait (I waited for about an hour). When I checked out at 2, they came and knocked on the door at 12 and asked me to leave. I asked the front desk and they said I could stay until 2 o'clock, but it would be convenient for them to clean the room at 12 o'clock...a bit outrageous. There was no overall sense of enthusiasm. We chose not to have our room cleaned during our stay, and the hotel room notification said they would send a small gift, but it didn't. 2. The hotel lobby is on the first floor, just beside the road. The guest rooms are on the second and third floors, and you will basically be disturbed by the car noise downstairs at night. The soundproofing is also average, you can hear conversations in the next room. 3. The room is quite large and the facilities are outdated. The hair dryer is still the old-fashioned type with only one button that needs to be pressed all the time to use. To sum up, the location and cost performance are good, but don't expect anything else.

The room is spacious and conveniently located next to Kurfürstendamm. There are many places to eat and shop around. It is also a relatively safe neighborhood. The only drawback is that the soundproofing is a little poor at night. There are always some motorcycle riders and car racers in Berlin, which is very noisy.

An aging hotel, but still a nice room with a bathtub. Comfortable bed. Service not worth 3-4 stars.

There are two supermarkets downstairs. The location is also very good. There is a bus three minutes away. However, the facilities are a bit old, the elevator is a bit old, and the sound insulation is average.
