I Chose This Hotel as it was Close to the Gig I was going to that Night.I Have Never been to this Hotel Before it was very Nice,Clean,and very Modern.All the Staff was Very Helpful.My Double Room i stayed in was Spacious Lovely and the Bed was Comfortable.I will definatly stay here again if I am in Bristol.I Highly recommend this Hotel.

Very easy check in. Well located. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel is really well situated for access to bristol cathedral, park street and Baldwin and corn streets, all of which are home to a plethora of restaurants and pubs. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, the mattress comfy and the tv was a decent size. We enjoyed our stay there and would gladly do so again.

Location is good for me. Area has several restaurants. Room is small. CS are good

i like it it wasnt something like woow but yeah, and its expensive also but if ur really need to stay somewhere i can say its alright

Upon arrival, was informed by reception that because I arrived late, they had cancelled my booking. They demanded payment of GBP 50 for reinstating my reservation. Room was above a pub and there were constant noises until pass midnight everynight. Bedsheets were dirty. When we were checking out, asked reception to book a metered taxi for us. She ended up booking a car for us which charged us double. All in all, the most disappointing hotel stay of my life.

It was my first time staying in Ibis and I found it really good.

The location is convenient, so I chose to stay again. This time I stayed for two days because of a temporary turnaround. I arrived in the early morning, and the check-in was convenient. The front desk was friendly and helped me get a taxi. The only problem was that the seagulls were noisy in the morning.

When booking, I left a message asking for a single sofa bed, and I didn't expect that we would be upgraded to a suite for free. Except that the toilet in the bathroom has a weak suction and needs to be flushed repeatedly. All other services are very satisfactory.

The location is good, in the city center. The room is a bit small.
