The hotel was very good for the location.  Very close to Bryce Canyon National Park visitors.  The hotel has a nice breakfast and great shop for souvenirs.  Easy to check in. I wish we could stay longer, but we are only there for a night.  But, will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel just outside of Bryce National Park. Good price and offers a good spread of free breakfast. Clean rooms.

Restaurant buffet should have more variant food, not the same food for continuous two days

The breakfast has a lot of varieties . The location is perfect if you want to visit Bryce national park

1, ignoring the needs of the guests: booking the hotel proposed, do not live on the 1st floor, do not live in the smoking room, do not live in the room where the pets have lived, but the actual check-in is still arranged to live in the 1st floor. 2, did not provide luggage trolley: to the store, it was late and very cold, carrying a lot of luggage, in the cold night of minus 9 degrees Celsius, walking to the far back of the building, poor experience. 3, the hotel restaurant management chaos, indulgence of dogs into the restaurant, and indulgence of dogs in the restaurant barking. In the restaurant breakfast meal, there is a couple openly with a dog into the restaurant (with photos to confirm), which couple is not blind, which dog is not a guide dog, and which dog in the restaurant continued to bark, a serious violation of the legitimate legitimate rights and interests of other guests, the whole process did not see any hotel and restaurant staff to stop, the experience is very poor. 1、忽视客人需求：订酒店时提出，不住1楼，不住抽烟房间，不住宠物住过的房间，但实际入住时仍被安排住在1楼。 2、未提供行李车：到店时，天色已晚且非常冷，拎着很多行李，在摄氏零下9度的寒夜，步行到很遥远的后面楼栋，体验差。 3、酒店餐厅管理混乱，放纵狗进入餐厅，且放纵狗在餐厅大叫。在餐厅早餐就餐时，有一对夫妻公然带狗进入餐厅（有照片证实），那对夫妻不是盲人，那只狗不是导盲狗，且哪只狗在餐厅持续狂叫，严重侵犯其他客人的正当合法的权益，整个过程未看到任何酒店及餐厅的工作人员进行制止，体验极差。

We booked a last minute stay and were happy with our choice to book at Ruby's Inn. The accommodations were clean, the lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays, and the staff were all nice. Would recommend if looking for a stay close to Bryce Canyon with a good breakfast buffet that's included with your stay.

Lots of lodges. Much like a Disney resort. All dining facilities in immediate area of the same company. Very quiet :). Limited breakfast options and very busy, but nice servers. Went to park early so didn't need to use Shuttle bus. If you leave later, then you'd better. But: why did I have to pay a $5 'resort fee'?

Great breakfast. Location perfect for bryce. No bar on site but you can buy drinks in the shop and sit outside.didnt use pool. Service was good..check In was fast

Well this is motel already aged but treated pretty ok. Dark carpets are not really giving you the feeling that they are clean. Really noisy AC, fridge and noise from room above is really negative. Way too expensive for what you get.

Massive room which was quiet (we were on the top floor). Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. Super close to Bryce Canyon. Loved the gift shop!
