Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel. Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot. Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.

What i’ve read is that all fairmont hotels should offer Le Labo toiletries but not in fairmont dubai. Also the other parts of the hotel is a residences.

It was good experience, location is great , view from 26 floor room is amazing but the only disadvantage that when I book through a third party like trip.com I don’t deserve points as Fairmont hotel clarified and you must find a solution for that

It’s was so good

I came early in the morning, but the reception was refused to give me the key. Because of the check-in time policy. After explaining my issue, which is we arrived from a long destination, 9 hours, and I have 2 kids, so it's difficult for us to wait 6 hours in the hotel lobby. Then, the receptionist, her name H. offered me around 400 Derham if i want the key now. Otherwise, you have to wait until the check-in time. Then her manager decreased the price to 200 Derham and the extra bed was free from him. Many thanks for this. I have a lot of experience regarding the early check-in in the Dubai Hotel, such as The H, Raffles, international, anantara, and atlantis. The early check-in was smooth, and no one talked with me for paying extra if you want your room now.

not more restaurants , no facitilies , room decoration is out fashion

Super-duper location with metro that is 1 minute away from hotel. Super service and staff, so kind and client centric. Many features, included nice breakfast with a lot of various and tasty food. Had 2 swimming pools for both parts of a day. Also the gym to keep your body up. Good looking view from room windows and hotel itself also looking good.

Great hotel - have stayed here multiple times. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is clean. Close to the dxb airport. Free valet parking and great options in breakfast

Right off a busy road. Which means rooms facing the road are load, and the design of the building echos the sound into your room. Room furnishings actually felt a bit cheap. Breakfast was good.

The room is okay and the service was good! Got a free upgrade to the rolm with a ciew and got free breakfast tho my room dun come with it. The Manager was very good to accomodate to my request! Thankful for him.
