Regarding the room assignment: We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication at the front desk when confirming your reservation. We failed to fully understand and accommodate your request for a twin room, causing inconvenience for your family of three and leaving your child feeling uncomfortable. This was entirely an oversight on our part. We have immediately reviewed this matter with the front desk team and have strengthened our reservation confirmation process and communication training to ensure that every guest's specific needs are clearly understood and prioritized in the future. We are deeply sorry for this error. 2. Regarding laundry disinfectant: Thank you for pointing out the inadequacy in our guest room supplies. We have now stocked all guest rooms and the public laundry area with sufficient laundry disinfectant for easy access. We will also be strengthening our daily supplies inspections to ensure that all supplies are fully stocked. 3. Regarding the taste of the Western cuisine: We are deeply shocked and sorry to read your comment about the Western cuisine being "overly salty"! This is absolutely not the quality and experience we desire for our guests. Your description of the "salty to the point of wanting to vomit" is deeply disturbing. We immediately conveyed this feedback to the kitchen chef and management and conducted an internal investigation and rectification. We have reviewed and adjusted the taste of all relevant dishes. We have strengthened training and supervision of our chef team on seasoning standards and production control.
