Best hotels stay in a long time. Loved that they changed my room from a king bed to 2 queen beds. Breakfast was good with a variety like waffles and baked goods.

Had an amazing stay at Residence Inn! The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds (its on the softer side so you really sink in), perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of exploring. Most of Calgary’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel also offers self-service laundry, which was a big plus. Washing and drying cost only CAD 3 each, which is very reasonable compared to other places we’ve stayed. Laundry sheets/powder are also available for CAD 4 in the lobby's shop. Parking isn’t free, but that’s expected downtown. You can choose valet service or park in the next building for CAD 30 per night. If you prefer, there’s also street parking and several parkades nearby - both street-level and underground. Overall, highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary!

Hotel waa situated in a very convenient location in downtown Calgary. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and another plus point is that the breakfast is good

This was such a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing. I got there 5 hours before check in just asking for them to hold my bags but they found me a room to check into early which was incredible. They were very accomodating and the room and facilities were beautiful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

very convenient location but parking is not part of the hotel, in fact, it is with the residential property that is next to it, if you go on weekend, choose weekend parking option which is cheaper than the regular $31 per day option. Great breakfast and near good restaurants in downtown

The room was spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. They even provide complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, which you can simply request at the front desk. Its location is extremely convenient for visa applications, as it's very close to both the Japanese and Chinese Embassies.

This is a busy, clean, centrally located hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast option. It is well suited to walking and using public transit to access downtown Calgary sites. Available amenities are pretty basic. Garage parking is available but extremely expensive as the hotel neither owns or controls any parking spaces. Front desk staff is pleasant but not knowledgeable about hotel facilities or parking.

Besides the location, there is nothing that I enjoyed about my stay. The bed is uneven and lumpy, making it hard to fall asleep. The kettle and hair dryer are super old and hard to turn on. Cleaning team cleared up bath mat and forgot to replace it, let alone there was still hair after room cleaning. Some staff are friendly, but the reception is literally always so busy you’d have to line up to talk to them.

there might be mold on the bathroom wall so please check. AC is so loud it always wakes me up

The hotel was great, location is absolutely top-notch, the space was very clean, and the towels and bedding - crispy. The room was very comfortable, and the bed as well, also good sound isolation and room temperature control. The staff was amazing, very helpful. Convenient parking too, although would be nice if it was complimentary for hotel guests. Breakfast was limited, but with overall great options, especially pastry, and everything was delicious! Check out was very quick and easy, overall we loved our stay.

It was the best decision. It was clean, beautiful, a large cozy room and the most wonderful breakfasts. It's a pity I didn't take photos. We had a wonderful rest. We were given a room on the 33rd floor. The view from the window at night is simply stunning. Thank you very much.
