GGuest UserWarm welcome with a proseco..perfect way to set a great tone! Loved the Trailside cabin. It was decorated absolutely beautifully! The breakfast was delicious & the servers were lovely. It would be really nice to have crackers & cheese out at the bar. I was called at 10:15 pm to get my credit card info. It really scared me to have the phone ring loudly as I was sound asleep....should have waited until morning. All and all we loved it!

Our room was cozy, but little details like peeling wall paper was less than attractive.
The pools and the hot tub were what my kids looked forward to the most. Unfortunately they were quite dirty.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just perfect !! A little campsite and all rooms offer a back balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains, not miss the sunbeds !!!! We will come back again !

YYuanquanThe inn was so clean: bathroom and bed sheets are spotless; it was so convenient: it has shower gel and body wash dispensers and has a permanent night light; it has all the essentials for a traveler: microwave, fridge, coffee machine.

GGuest UserGreat staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.
