"The room was very satisfying, the bed was comfortable, and the environment was nice and quiet. The hotel breakfast tasted good. They also provided complimentary welcome fruits and snacks. The facilities were complete, including an outdoor pool, gym, and outdoor playground, which I was very happy with. The front desk service was excellent and very enthusiastic. I'll definitely come again next time."

"This was a splendid experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, minimalistic, and exceptionally clean. The soundproofing is excellent, and the bed and pillows are honestly to die for — some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. The spa was absolutely fabulous, and the treatments we received were out of this world. The whole hotel has a wonderful sense of peace and serenity. Every day, the staff brought oils and incense to our room, which was such a lovely touch and made the room smell divine. The food was another highlight. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a great mix of Western and Asian cuisine and plenty of choices, so there really is something for everyone. The pool area is also beautiful. Some of the sunbeds could perhaps use an update and a little more cleaning, but this didn’t really affect our experience, especially as the large, fresh towels provided covered them completely. The service, however, is what made the stay particularly memorable. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Kira, who helped us with absolutely everything — from booking our dinner table and explaining where to find things, to helping us take advantage of promotions and arranging a late check-out. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. I would also like to mention Liu from the spa, who was equally wonderful. Liu helped recommend the right treatments for us and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downside for me — and this is not really the hotel’s fault — was the number of families allowing children to scream, run around, or ride small bikes and scooters through common areas, including the dining hall and reception. Considering how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere of the hotel otherwise is, I would appreciate slightly stricter rules regarding behaviour in shared spaces so that all guests can enjoy that sense of calm. Overall, I will absolutely be back. I left feeling as though I had completely reset both my brain and my body, which is exactly what I wanted from this stay. A beautiful, relaxing experience that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a proper escape."

"I previously stayed at the Kande Hotel in Huizhou and had a fantastic experience, so I decided to book with Kande again. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. On the positive side, the hotel's location and service were excellent, and the room was quite spacious, which is a common advantage of older five-star hotels. However, the room facilities were outdated (especially the telephone and the plant box next to it, which were both dirty and old). The hotel lobby looks grand and impressive, but it lacks a human touch in its layout (the sofa areas are all set up for the paid bar). There's no waiting area for guests checking in, which is a significant drawback compared to the Huizhou branch. Overall, the value for money is low, and I wouldn't recommend it for personal travel."

"Staying at the Atour Hotel in Dongguan Yuanmei Subway Station exceeded expectations as a whole, the location is very dominant, not far from Yuanmei Subway Station, whether it is commuting to the subway or going out shopping, it is very worry-free, and there are plenty of eating and shopping options around. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable, the decoration is simple and textured, the staff is gentle and courteous, the check-in and check-out process is smooth, and the Yunxuan service is very good. There is a timely response to demand. The rooms are cleaned very meticulously, the corners are well maintained, the indoor lighting is good, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and lying down can relieve the fatigue of the journey. The sound insulation is very good, almost no corridor noise is heard, and the quality of sleep is very good. The quality of toiletries is online, the hot water supply is stable, the network speed is smooth, and the office brush mobile phone is not stuck. The public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, and it is suitable for reading and resting. Whether it is a short stay in business office or a leisure residence, it is suitable. The overall price is online, there is no thunder, come to Dongguan to travel, this is worth recommending, and will continue to book in the future."

"Second stay this week, and the experience was pretty much the same as last time: everything was great except for the internet speed. The Wi-Fi is incredibly slow! I thought the slow internet was just a fluke when I stayed on the 8th floor last time, but since it's still crawling today, I have to assume this is a hotel-wide issue. I strongly recommend the hotel address the Wi-Fi problem; otherwise, it's very inconvenient for business travelers and definitely detracts from the overall stay."

"Came to Dongguan for the weekend with friends and we booked a quad room, which was quite spacious. There seemed to be a self-service tea area on the first floor, but we didn't use it. Although the beds were two separate large beds, we managed to push them together as much as possible. The only minor issue was discovering the shower gel bottle was broken when I went to shower – but it wasn't a big deal. The hotel is in a lively area with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient to find food."
