"Fantastic hotel experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and had excellent attitudes. The room was well-equipped, the hairdryer had strong power, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. Breakfast was served until 1 PM, which was super thoughtful, and they even offered complimentary coffee and cocktails. The hotel is located right above a subway and bus station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The location is perfect, and overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!"

"As a French brand, I must say they've done an excellent job blending Chinese and French styles. The high-altitude glass 'Bonjour' is perfect for a quick photo op and sharing on social media, haha, a real 'I was here' moment. The service was truly exceptional! I received a pre-arrival call from Rabby, who was incredibly thoughtful and kind, noting all our requests. Upon arrival, even though the lobby was bustling, we were able to check right in without any hassle. The next morning, we even received a thoughtful weather forecast, saving us the trouble of looking it up ourselves. Replenishing in-room amenities was also handled perfectly. It's a short walk to Jiaxiu Tower and Cao Zhuangyuan Street. Getting to MixC Mall and Qingyun Market by taxi is also quick, less than 10 minutes. Overall, it's great value for money. Highly recommended!"

"As expected from a long-standing benchmark hotel in Guiyang, my overall experience was incredibly satisfying! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Service was prompt and responsive; all my requests were handled properly. The mini-bar was stocked with local specialty drinks and replenished daily – a thoughtful detail. What truly impressed me was after check-out, I accidentally left my cosmetics in the room. The hotel proactively called me and even helped arrange SF Express to ship them back. They genuinely care about their guests' minor issues and are honest, which is very reliable. I will definitely choose Guizhou Hotel Grand Tower again on my next visit to Guiyang. Highly recommended! 👍"

"Before check-in, the concierge, Lucas, added me on WeChat, which made communication very easy. Throughout our stay, Lucas was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us with many questions and requests. Thumbs up for the service! The hotel is about five or six years old, but the facilities are very well-maintained and it's quiet. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from museums, Guanshan Lake, and the dining street near the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel's own restaurants are also excellent, featuring authentic Guizhou flavors, and the food is delicious. It's one of the best hotel restaurants I've experienced. I highly, highly recommend staying here! It's so much better than a certain older hotel near Guanshan Lake. When we asked to have our two rooms together, Hilton was largely able to accommodate us. That other hotel, however, communicated with arrogance from the start and even told us to try asking other hotels. The difference in attitude was night and day."

A major plus is the zoo right outside the breakfast area, which is great for families and even has staff to guide you. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and it was a shame the executive lounge wasn't open. While there are four washers and four dryers in the laundry room, it's often crowded and unavailable during peak season. The gym is outsourced, but the front desk service and cleanliness are both good."

"It was really hard to book a room here, but I specifically chose this hotel for my child's birthday. They advertised 24-hour butler service, and I'd communicated beforehand, asking them to help decorate the room as a surprise for my child. They told me everything was ready, so we went to check in. However, once we entered the room, the only decoration was a bedspread art piece. Standard items like a small cake and a card, which are typical for a star-rated hotel, were completely missing. When I asked, they said our package included dinner and that was prepared. Since I expressed my dissatisfaction with this arrangement, the butler had two slices of cake sent to the room. The sculpted cake arrived at 5 PM, and fruits were only sent after I specifically asked for them. The whole service felt delayed. I accidentally left the faucet running while washing my child's clothes, and the sink overflowed. After I cleaned it up myself, I contacted the butler to have someone come and dry the floor. No one showed up for over 40 minutes. The service definitely needs improvement, even though the room itself is beautiful and we got an upgraded room type."
