"Reliable wellness night. I choose this hotel because i want a good sleep before long transit next day, and it is exactly what i want. Good sleep, room clean, bed is comfy and have space enough for lay my 2 big lugguages. High floor with very Nice city view, good location walk easily to meitetsu station for chubu airport train. The public bath has very good decoration, smooth and relaxing. All staffs are helpful, the reception staff i've met she explain very clear for all amenity of hotel. The hotel location is near the fish market of nagoya, which we found good sashimi restaurant. And just walk only less than 5 minutes you can access to the unimall, underground mall with lots of local store, which for me it is very convenient for last tax free shopping."

"the ac was hot in the night, really hot. it's central ac, so we can't changed the temperature. there is no water to drink at all. the other hotel we stayed gave us mineral water / tap water that can be drink. the amenities : there wasn't sanitary bag on the toilet."

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent, which was the main reason I booked it. Metro Exit 10 has an elevator, and it's just a 5-minute walk past a 7-Eleven to reach the hotel. You check in yourself at the lobby on the second floor. There's free luggage storage nearby, and a pantry with ice available, which is a great touch. The laundry room also provides complimentary disposable items, a very thoughtful variety! The room size was ample enough for two suitcases, and it was cleaned daily. Overall, a very satisfying stay. There are also famous fried chicken spots and many local restaurants around the hotel. Great value for money, highly recommend!"

"The hotel is located about 1.5km from Nagoya JR Station, roughly a 15-minute walk. The standard room with a 1.3-meter double bed is quite small, especially the bathroom, which is even smaller than those at Toyoko Inn. The facilities are a bit old, but the free natural hot spring (available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 AM) is a definite highlight. I visited during the Emperor's Birthday long weekend, so prices were higher than usual and rooms were scarce. When I went for a hot spring bath around 9:00 PM, I even had to queue to shower. Many locals also choose this hotel."

"The room is decently sized with a comfortable bed, and the friendly staff and convenient location made our stay great. However, do note that there are no baby amenities (e.g. baby toothbrush, baby shower gel, sponge, etc) provided. Also, for drivers, the parking lot closes at 10 PM, so you’ll need to be back by then. Since we were traveling with a toddler, the early closing time didn't bother us."

"Very nice hotel with a drugstore and many restaurants nearby. There are many parking lots to choose from. The room is clean and the private sauna was great! We love the laundry facility there as we went out for water activities during our stay. Just need to throw all the clothing in and it will be all dried after dinner which is very convenient!"

"Exit 4 of Hisaya-Odori Station on the subway is the closest, but there are no escalators or elevators to ground level, so it might be difficult with heavy luggage. I stayed here because I had a live show at the Aichi Prefectural Arts Theater. It's within walking distance, and there's an underground shopping mall (Central Park) across from Exits 3 and 4 (Otsu-dori) on Hisaya-Odori, which connects to Sakae Station and has a variety of shops, so it's safe even in the rain. Nagoya Castle is also within walking distance, so the location was excellent. My single, non-smoking room was fully equipped (desk, chair, kettle, folding mirror, desk lamp, etc.). There was an outlet by the bedside, and the room light could be turned on and off with a remote control. There was also a standby light, so even those who don't like complete darkness would have no problem. Welcome drinks were available until late at night, and I didn't use the kettle in the room. There were several types of tea and three types of soup. Since it's Nagoya, breakfast isn't necessary. For 800 yen, it was pretty reasonable. There were four types of bread: the salted butter roll and croissant, which were the same for both days, but the other two were different. The boiled rice* was delicious, with a nice salty flavor and a soft yolk. The curry was filling and packed with vegetables. All the staff were very nice, and overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Location wise it’s around 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Wouldn’t say far but definitely not near either. Rating I would give is 3.8/5. Not exactly at the most bustling district but there’s this main shopping district - Osu which is within walkable distance! Do head to take a look! Else everything is definitely satisfactory. I love the breakfast buffet (served 6am to 9am) everyday. Selection of proteins is not bad. Free flow eggs… The menu differs slightly everyday. Hot bath from 630am - 4:00pm and at evenings till the midnight. Feels great! (Didn’t take pics due other users’ privacy) It’s empty and there’s no one else whenever I went, so it feels exactly like a private space to relax. Housekeepers are super friendly too. Toiletries are placed at the public areas in front of the receptionist. Do remember to take before you set into the hotel! Makes up good experience in japan. Recommend hehe ~ ロケーション的には、最寄りの地下鉄まで徒歩約 8 分です。遠いとは言えませんが、近いわけでもありません。評価は 3.8/5 です。最も賑やかな地区ではありませんが、歩いて行ける距離に大須という主要なショッピング街があります。ぜひ行ってみてください。 その他はすべて間違いなく満足です。私は毎日の朝食ビュッフェ (午前 6 時から午前 9 時まで) が大好きです。タンパク質の品揃えも悪くありません。卵のフリーフロー... メニューは毎日少しずつ異なります。 午前 6 時 30 分から午後 4 時まで、夕方から深夜まで温浴を楽しめます。最高です! (他のユーザーのプライバシーのため写真は撮っていません) いつ行っても空いていて誰もいなかったので、まさにプライベートな空間でリラックスしているような気分です。 ハウスキーパーもとてもフレンドリーです。トイレタリーは受付の前の公共エリアに置いてあります。ホテルに入る前に忘れずに持っていってください。 日本での良い経験になります。 お勧めします（笑）〜"

"Everyone might think it's impossible to stay on top of a tower, but this time there was a pleasant surprise. The biggest surprise was that the hotel breakfast was absolutely amazing! The hotel also has a secret passage leading to the top of the tower for views. Guests can choose to watch the night view or the sunrise. The hotel's mystery really surprised me. So this was a great experience. However, if you want to go shopping, you still need to drive a bit, as finding parking is not easy. In the summer, it can be very hot to walk there, or it might take 30 minutes."

"The hotel offers free parking so it is very convenient for us. The hotel is quite old but the room is big, we can do our packing easily, with two big luggage opened together the packed at the same time."
