"The problem we had was they gave us the wrong room somebody was in the room they allocated for us so had to wait while they gave us a new one.i asked for no stairs but found out that there were 24stairs if we had chose to leave we wouldn't have got our money back. Another thing was the fridge had been turned off so the was no cold bottled water to drink sorry but won't be staying there again."

"The room itself was nice . However , the hotwater took ages to warm up, which was annoying and a waste of a lot of water each time. The location is on the main road into the city about 15 minutes north. We travelled through peak hour every day and it wasn't hard to get to and from the city. We also travelled to Hahndorf and the barossa Valley and found it easier enough as well."

"Perfect location for our drive Perth to Melbourne, easy access from and to the highway. Spacious, clean room with table, couch, TV, aircon and very comfortable bed. Ensuite a little outdated but the room had been freshened up. We had trouble connecting to the wifi. The restaurant was closed on our visit but we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware that while there is a 'late check-in' window, a sign on the door said that reception hours had changed to 8am - 8pm (when we booked the site said it was open all night... it might be wise to check ahead if you're likely to be later) Good, clean accommodation. We had a good stay."

"The hotel is only 200 meters from the shopping center and is super convenient. The room is well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast I had in my room was delicious. We live in a townhouse with an extra large double bed and another room with two single beds. Parking is convenient and no money. There is also a swimming pool in the yard. satisfaction!"

"This would be the perfect spot to stay if the dining room was operating. The staff are fantastic and offered solutions to the dining which was awesome.
Our room was all that we needed. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was lovely and clean."

"An unexpected upgrade after another establishment cancelled last minute turned into a lovely surprise with my stay at this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the manager Zoe getting special mention for going above and beyond. Will definitely stay again when provided with the opportunity and I recommend others to choose this place. They won’t regret it"

"I communicated with the hotel, they said I stayed a week they only change the bed sheets once, I stayed for two days this time, they did not help you clean the bed, relatively, other hotels, do not change the bed sheets also help clean the bed, the worst is Not cleaning up the garbage and adding coffee and milky, came to stay yesterday for work, also hope to come back in the evening can rest, drink a cup of coffee, they should improve, otherwise I will not introduce friends."
