"Clean,quiet and beautiful either ocean view or garden rooms with gorgeous pool area (heated)beautiful area for walking beachfront we had a car as we were sight seeing as this is not an area with lots of shops but there is a handy shopping centre close and lots of options for delivery of either groceries, meals or drinks .Pic is view from verandah 😁❤️"

"Maz and Alan’s place is exactly as advertised, even better than the picture. We were so fortunate to stay at the tropical paradise over the weekend. They made us feel at home. We enjoyed the stories, and the most highly were the tropical breakfast, Maz put extra effort to add different varieties. I have tried something I never had in my life, they were so delicious. The B&B is so close to beach, you can just unpack and relax. Maz is so knowledgeable, she shared some local travel advice with us. We will be back again!"

"The room is great! Quite spacious with enough space for a family of four. There is a barbecue grill and kitchen as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Very good. But the service and hospitality is poor. The worst experience I’ve ever made! There is one restaurant that is always fully booked, but still has tables and chairs available. You have to please them to make up a table for you, very uncomfortable for a five star hotel! Then they have a lagoon bar that offers foods and drinks. First day 29. Dec there was a wedding, so the lagoon bar was closed for hotel guests. Food can be ordered to room, because restaurant is fully booked. We asked if there is a celebration for New Year’s Eve, but concierge told us it was cancelled because no people were interested in. On 31. Dec they closed lagoon bar again for hotel guest because suddenly they had a New Year’s Eve party, but not for us. On January 1st there was no room service…. Check out was the same unfriendly treatment as during check-in… If you don’t mind to spent your holidays like a tenant it’s a great place. As a hotel guest better try another one. We will not come back here!"

Friends who don't like to cook can go to the beachfront street to eat, very close, it is a little expensive. Also suitable for taking children, need to be reminded that there may be jellyfish at the beach, pay attention to safety. In addition, from the Cairns city to Palm Cove, if you do not have a lot of luggage, you can choose to take the bus, you can also take a taxi, a little expensive about 100 Australian dollars."
