Additionally, they took charge of arranging all our ride-sharing services, ensuring we navigated the city with ease. What truly impressed me was their unwavering support when we encountered an unfortunate scam. The host not only provided assistance but also guided us through the process of filing a complaint, alleviating much of our stress and frustration. The rooms were immaculately clean and provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Furthermore, the host’s insightful recommendations for places to visit enriched our trip, turning each outing into a memorable adventure. Whenever we encountered language barriers, we could rely on the host to bridge the gap, offering translation services whenever needed. We arrived early in the morning with friends. The butler in the store contacted us in advance and waited for us until after two o'clock. After arriving at the store, the butler took the trouble to introduce us to the surrounding attractions and delicious food. The large terrace on the roof has a great view. Breakfast was also delicious. And staying for two nights also comes with free pick-up, which is great news. The room is also very cozy.

Although a family room with a nominal size of 58 square meters was booked, the room lacked basic privacy because the toilet had no door and all guests could see it. Also, the service is very poor. My wife went for breakfast at 8am but the staff didn't get up until 8:15. When we finished our breakfast the waiter also asked us to clear the table ourselves which was unacceptable for the price we paid. Given these issues, I can only give this hotel one star as I expected more from the service at this price. It’s been a week since I came back, and I still reminisce about my trip to Yunnan. This Bumo Shanju is really nice. The boss is very nice. Not only does he pick you up, but he also prepares delicious fruits. The garden downstairs is beautiful and it’s very quiet at night! The B&B is very close to the ancient city of Dali. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Dali!

It was such a surprise. The room was so beautiful. It was my first time staying in such a beautiful B&B. It was very clean, especially the big bathtub. It was very comfortable to live in. It exceeded my expectations. The boss was super nice and responsive. I highly recommend it.
