Excellent hotel.

I'm giving Xishang a five-star rating because five is the highest possible, and in my heart, it's worth ten. From the very beginning, we were contacted and greeted by the housekeeper. The elderly man who came to pick us up on a tricycle was also curious about whether he'd even checked on us. The tea and towels upon check-in, the stylish lobby, the complimentary wine voucher for our late check-in, the impeccable coffee, the thoughtful welcome fruit and afternoon tea, the attentive turndown service, the heartwarming goodnight sweet soup and bath bombs, the staff's constant greetings, the prompt response to any service requests, and the octagonal bar's wine selection and decor made us completely relaxed, yet we could rest peacefully in our room. A special mention goes to the meticulously crafted restaurant, which is truly Michelin-caliber. The local flavors, cooking quality, and ingredients are undeniably top-notch. I even had to go back for another meal after checking out. The check-out gift was also incredibly exquisite and unique. This hotel truly enriched my trip, and I'd definitely return for every single one of its advantages. And, if you're hesitating between Yunqi and this hotel, this is it. The only small thing: I hope you can give me more tea leaves.

Dali was absolutely gorgeous on such a beautiful day, and the hotel was stunning too. Although the hotel is located on the main street, the actual accommodation area is right by the sea, with a public area, lobby, restaurant, and bar outside. The hotel was very quiet and the environment was incredibly pleasant. Afternoon tea was plentiful, breakfast was à la carte, fruit was available in the lobby, and coffee was readily available. It's a perfect place to relax from morning till night. The lady with glasses who was always at the bar entrance greeted us warmly and opened the door for us every time we saw her; she was very welcoming. The staff even saw us off when we checked out—the experience was truly amazing!

The alarm clock is in a quiet location. The public areas and room are both beautiful. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub that are combined, which is very satisfying. The lighting is well-distributed. The service is very attentive. Every day after dinner, the turndown service is ready, with a different small gift and sweet soup. The breakfast and afternoon tea are also very good. The afternoon tea has a savory option and is delicious. I think the hotel restaurant is delicious, with Yunnan specialties but also a unique twist. I will definitely come back next time I visit Dali.

This is the hotel that I am most satisfied with during this trip. It is located in the center of Shuanglang and is within walking distance to the beach. The rooms designed by Xie Ke are simple and have a very high-end design. There is a lot of space for leisure. The afternoon tea is abundant and delicious. It is highly recommended.

The location is excellent, within the old city, with stunning scenery. The service is also superb, with unlimited coffee all day.

The public area is good, and the mushroom picking activity that Daku took us to the mountains was the most satisfying itinerary of this trip to Yunnan. We had a lot of fun chatting along the way and had a special experience. I look forward to more outdoor activities in the future and will definitely participate again!

The waiters were gentle and enthusiastically solved any questions we had. Afternoon tea is very Yunnan-style. It would be better if the breakfast was a little richer 🥰

The hotel itself is quite beautiful, but the location in Shuanglang Ancient Town is not good enough, too touristy and not quiet enough

The hotel is in a great location, a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle. I love Xie Ke's style, and the public areas are stunning. The most surprising thing was the breakfast, which was very varied and delicious. I recommend the thin bean powder. The coffee is delicious and can be delivered to your room at any time. The service was professional and comfortable.

The service is satisfactory. The facilities are not enough. The food is of good quality. The restaurant has the same menu for lunch and dinner. If you want to eat more, the dishes are always repeated. There are sometimes idle people in the hotel. In the garden, there was a foreign tourist who asked me to move aside and said she was filming a video. 😅

The location is excellent. There is afternoon tea in the afternoon and a bedtime dessert in the evening. The breakfast is amazing and there is free coffee. The hotel decoration environment is very photogenic.

The exclusive ocean view offers excellent privacy. Opening the curtains reveals the beautiful Erhai Lake, a truly breathtaking sight. The hotel is beautiful, with a light fragrance and excellent cleanliness. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located in the ancient city. It was a truly satisfying stay!
