"So hard mattress and very high pillows with too hot temperatures made me no sleep. I choose there are parking available free in trip.com explaining but the guy in counter said something to me why did you come with car you choose by walk option. Worst hotel services Bundang area. They also refused my asking one more hour parking after check out."

"일단 굉장히 깔끔하고 넓어서 좋았습니디.
근데 방에 방음이 하나도 안돼서 시끄러워요
위에서 의자끄는 소리 화장실 사용하는 소리 다 들립니다ㅜ
그리고 대실을 함께 운영하다보니 숙박 체크인 이후에도 복도에 청소카트가 돌아다는데 이것도 시끄러움에 한 몫 하는 것 같네요.
그래도 정자역과 가까워서 편하게 이용했습니다"

"To be honest, this hotel is pretty good in all aspects. It is very close to the subway entrance. The only embarrassing place is that I went on Saturday and booked a room online. I just asked me to add 30,000 won, otherwise I won’t let me stay."

DDrew LIt’s so hard trying to find a legit hotel and filter out those love motels that are just everywhere in Korea. This place is clean, professional and the service is great. Front desk will help you navigate taxis, airport transfers etc. Actually.. I don’t know if their English is any good… oh and bring or buy your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. They have their own but it’s pretty bad.
The hotel is super close to a massive department store which sits above the subway. AK plaza.
Valet parking available(valet is pretty standard in Korea and not a luxury service). Rooftop has a cage for practicing your golf swing. Fully fitted out gym not those paltry 2 running machines and 1 dumbbell ones you find in smaller hotels and free to use laundromat. Breakfast is okay and great if you need food early in the morning. Breakfast options nearby are limited to convenience store food and those egg toast things on the street for W5000.
Will stay here again.

TTKKimThe location is a bit far if you are willing to travel Seoul. The actual distance is quite far but, the transportation is quite good that you can get to major tourist spots in an hour. If you are here for business in Bundang, this will be a great choice. The hotel is absolutely clean, I especially like the glass table that I can work on it in my room. I also heard that swimming pool will be opening soon. Staffs are very nice and they response to my request in a great manner. I am willing to visit again.

If your focus is exploring the city, I’d recommend choosing a hotel closer to the center. However, for business purposes, it’s a suitable option. The bar/club on the bottom floor was great! Such a great vibe and awesome live music.

It was clean and cozy, so my child liked it.
The bedding was soft, so I slept well.
I didn't use the swimming pool, but I'll try it next time I come.
It was close to Jamsil, so it was easy to access.

KKay SomneukThe hotel is kind of old fashion and no view even though with window but necessary facilities and amenities are still provided. Walkable to AK Plaza malls and there're many kind of restaurants around. As I checked in quite late around over midnight, the receptionist helped proceeding my check-in easily within 5 mins. It's okay for short stay and if I only need a clean place to sleep. Prepare adapter with you as they might not have it for you to borrow at some case.

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths.
Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Although it is on the first floor, it is still comfortable to live. There is an e-sports computer, which is useless. The space is not large, the sound insulation is average
