The location of this hotel is the perfect to stay where I can access to shopping mall and has a lot of amenities!!

Service at reception was a top level, I’m so grateful for warm welcome and for everything.we had great welcome drink and super smooth checkup. Location is amazing, few mins aways from everywhere you need to go. Have Chinese restaurant on 24 floor. Great view from hotel . Our son loved the pool, great that it was tented and we could enjoy it even through the hit. Only one thing which should be improved I think it’s the main restaurant. Hotel is selling breakfast + pool daily access so it’s super crowded and chaotic at main restaurant like a train station , the second day we were looking for table for 5 mins , which was not pleasant . Just having breakfast at main restaurant was tiring and stressful. I would suggest to don’t book breakfast and go to JW or Rotana hotel, which are like 100 m away. But besides that everything was perfect, it’s a great value for the money. Thank you so much .

Very good hotel. Love to stay next time

Nice hotel and walking distance to the malls. The only downside is they don’t have proper sports channel that covers international football like laliga or EPL. For 5 stars hotel I can’t accept this. Gotta go to sports bar inside the malls to catch the football match. For country like Qatar this is humiliating.

Even though I had made a reservation a month in advance and paid for it, when I arrived at the hotel, they said that they were fully booked and they could not take me, they offered me a refund, but I could not stay anywhere else for the same money. If I had not insisted, they would not have sent me to another hotel. The hotel they sent was not of the same quality as what I paid for, and it was a terrible experience. When I called trip.com and got support, they called the hotel and said they couldn't find anyone, it wasn't acceptable, I couldn't do anything out of desperation and went to the hotel they sent me.
