Better than expected, as I had mainhall ground floor room that was refreshed. Laminate flooring & fresh paint, no holes or scratches. Neighbors were quiet, for the most part, didn't wake me up. Figuring out the ac/heat took 2days. Altho there were no stairs, the narrow main door proved to be a struggle. This resulted in a shoulder injury, so i won't be a repeat guest. The front staff are nice, as reported.

There was horrible smell in the corridors of the hotel. Washroom is not that good.

Room was okay but the frickin carpet is disgraceful and disgusting, seriously in need of a upgrade/change,I wore my slippers every day for every step!!!!!!!

The Hotel seem a bit old and different from the photos posted in google or in their website, there’s a blood stains on shower curtains too

We expected what we deserved in this very good price, however, some facilities are nearly worn out and should be replaced such as my room chair. I think it is time to go dumpling or free giving to other people.

The room was old and has much worn outs. Location is not too far from southgate mall but it takes around 15 mins to get to walk to the bus stop. Not much to see or find around this area and all you need is drive. The breakfast was of few choices, only tea, coffee and juice. Bread, toast, a few eggs, fruits and yogurt. The ventilation of the breakfast dining areas is bad. So I may not want to stay again next time.

Everything was good, the hotel is simple and not fancy, but the room was clean and nice. There were only a few little things that weren't that great. One was the breakfast. It was a little more sparse than I thought it would be (no real protein except for refrigerated boiled eggs that weren't great, and everything else was pretty much just fruit, and other carbs). T.V remote didn't work, and there also wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom (but there was shampoo, body lotion, and two nice mini Dove soap bars). Overall the stay was worth the low cost, good for a budget hotel.

Service was good. The room was really old, Tv did not work the whole time and the reception could not fix it. Overall, was surprised how worn out the room was… in a bad way. Oh yes, and breakfast was 3/10.

Great budget place. Value for money. It’s not too great on the aesthetics but it’s a good budget option.

There are numerous obvious signs of disrepair. Gym flooring is unsafe.

There was no water in the room and even in the vending machine But the front desk agent was kind I forgot to get her name Working the night shift on Tuesday

The location was nice and it was pet friendly. It is an older stay.

This Travelodge is a prime example of "you get what you pay for." It was a bargain price for basement amenities. Their swimming pool and hot tub weren't available. In the room, the hair dryer wouldn't work, and they provide an iron but no ironing board.

Everything was amazing except that they should provide toothbrush and tooth paste in every room. And they should provide a brush in washroom to clean the pot.
