The location is the best. The host upgraded our room for free and send us off out of their service. The room is acceptable. May need to improve in responses inquiry, otherwise is a good stay.

Most of the time no one was present there, and my inquiries over WeChat were resolved after hours. Overall good location, mediocre room, but absolutely no support from the reception.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The view of the river is stunning. The room large & comfortable. I loved the location right near the start of ancient town near the main bridge - very easy to access both ancient town and the city. Staff gave me instructions for the taxi and came to pick me up from the taxi drop off. Very accommodating staff. Let me check out a little later to first in with my travel schedule. Overall wonderful and highly recommend.

Great place with a balcony that overlooked the river. Place is conveniently located, very clean and the owner was very friendly and recommended us some unique alcohols.

Uncle at reception was kind and helpful. he try to service us even he can’t speak english. But there water dripping from ceiling at the night we stay. If they can fixed it everything was superb. Superb view.

Hotel staff attitudes very good. He has contact us before arrived to introduce himself and explain hotel direction as it’s not easy to find. Location was very convenient and really close to scenic spot. Clean room with limited amenities (bath amenities and drinking water) no coffee and tea. Bed room and bath facilities was nice.

The room is large and equipped with a washing machine, which makes travel very convenient. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the Phoenix Ancient Town from the Snow Bridge to the Hongqiao Bridge. The scenery is superb.

The room was exactly the same as what the store sent. What I liked most was the large balcony. From the balcony, I could directly see the Tuojiang River, Nanhua Bridge and Xueqiao. The scenery was great and the service was excellent. The boss was very enthusiastic, responsive, and patient in explaining things. He even helped me book special tickets to the Border Town in the first few rows. My daughter wanted to take photos in Miao clothing, so the boss also introduced me to a store that sells Miao clothing with excellent photography technology. My daughter loves these photos. Thanks to the boss and the photographer.

The B&B is located right by the river, with beautiful surrounding scenery. The rooms are antique and comfortable. The owner was also very enthusiastic. He picked us up at the gate of the ancient city and introduced the delicious stone pot fish and the great Fairy in the Painting Travel Photography Shop. It was my first time trying travel photography, and the experience was very good. I could leave the makeup to the lady there, and the photographer was also very friendly and would guide the photo poses, so I didn't have to worry at all. My first visit to Fenghuang Ancient City left me with great memories. I recommend everyone to book this B&B!

The location is excellent, very suitable for the location of the mountain, the room is clean and hygienic, the big bed is comfortable, the balcony is large, suitable for couples and children, the boss is very good, positive and willing to help, the whole trip to Fenghuang Ancient Town is very comfortable

Good location, close to attractions, good sound insulation, but the bathroom floor tiles are too slippery and a bit unsafe without a non-slip mat!

The entrance to the hostel is inside a clothes shop, the sign is this one with the phone number. With the magnetic card you can enter and exit even if the shop is closed. Positive aspects: - excellent location - friendly and helpful staff - attention to customer requests Negative aspects: - Cleanliness could be improved - No elevator - No curtain to cover the door that opens onto the balcony

It's really worth it to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town! - Excellent location: The homestay is right by the Tuojiang River. You can walk along the riverside and enjoy the beautiful river view in a few steps. Fenghuang Ancient Town is brightly lit at night. Sitting by the river and watching the night view is like being in a dream world. It is also very close to the core attractions of the ancient city, such as Shen Congwen's former residence and Hongqiao. It is very convenient to travel. - Intimate service: When checking in, the front desk staff is enthusiastic and patient. Not only did they quickly complete the procedures, but they also enthusiastically recommended many local delicacies and niche check-in spots. During the stay, whether it was borrowing a charger or consulting about fun places around, the staff responded to all requests, which made people feel warm. - Comfortable room: The room is decorated with Xiangxi characteristics, and the ethnic decoration and river view complement each other. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is clean and the toiletries are of good quality.
