I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient Overall, it’s a good hotel

Very nice place to make as a base for several nights stay in Fukuoka. All the facilities are in working order: washing machine, hot water, bathtub, stove, TV. Big enough place to have 4 people but can be tight. Perfect for 2 people. If you want to cook yourself because of dietary needs, Sunny grocery store is nearby. If you want to eat out, there are tons of places nearby, including one with monjayaki and unadon. The hotel is unmanned, check in yourself with instructions sent to you. If you need luggage storage or to send/receive luggage, this hotel is not for you. The hotel is walkable from Akasaka subway station, which is accessible by elevator. I will definitely use this place again for the same value.

Overall location is perfect. Room Size is acceptable, the only concern is the bed frame is aging and very noisy when turning and affect the sleeping quality. Would prefer without bed frame

The hotel is with good location and the guidance for completing the checkin and checkout procedures are very detailed. The hygiene and facilities in the hotel is good but the bed mattress are combined with two single bed mattress which is the only thing that make us feel I uncomfortable. Other than this, all the other facilities are very comprehensive and the room is spacious.

My Best place to stay while in fukuoka. Big room beautiful bathroom other services is best . Only need to go backside hotel street for first day while check in 5 min walking distance. Location is good .

The location is great. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's close to Akasaka Station on the airport line. Tenjin is within walking distance, and there are several bus stops, giving you easy access to major tourist attractions like the art museum, zoo, and the Hakata area. There's a Nene Chicken restaurant on the first floor. It's convenient to check in using the address sent to your email, scan the QR code, and take a screenshot. There's a separate password for the first-floor entrance. There are two double beds, and the bathroom/laundry room is separate from the toilet. There's a sink and some dishes. The closet is very large, so you can store your suitcase inside. The other closet had an extra mattress inside. This is a great place for families. The rooms are larger than other accommodations in Japan. There was no cleaning during the four days, so no towels were provided. While the separate toilet was nice, it was small and dry, making it difficult to clean properly, so there was a bit of an odor. I think it's a great place for families, and I plan to stay here again. Please note that the photos were taken on the second day of my stay, so they are not as organized as they were when I first stayed.

The room smelled strongly upon entering, but thankfully, it had floor-to-ceiling windows for ventilation. After opening them for a day, the smell was almost gone the next day. The wall coverings and carpeting looked worn and a bit stained, but the bed sheets and pillowcases were spotless. The bathroom was nice and clean, with a separate bathroom. The kitchen was a little grimy, but acceptable. Overall, the price was reasonable. Hotels in Fukuoka are generally a bit pricey these days, so this one was a good deal. It's definitely not worthy of four stars; I'd rate it three.

The surrounding environment is full of restaurants, and it is in a prosperous area, making it easy to find food. It only takes ten minutes to walk to Tenjin, with convenient transportation, many types of shops, and first-class shopping. But the hotel itself is very old, and the underground check-in location is dark and feels dirty and dilapidated. The equipment in the room is old and dirty (refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking stove), and there is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. When you turn around while sleeping, the bed frame will squeak, which is quite noisy.
