"Hotel is in front of the sea directly, got new room, seems they just built it. The room is very clean, had double bed and clean as well, bathroom is narrow but clean, need to wait quite some time for AC to be cooled. For 1 night stay was comfortable enough compare the others."

"Great place, clean with great service and we loved the breakfast.
We did not mind that there is no wifi; my wife and I were happy to just talk with eachother but we can understand that it's a bit of a drawback for others so we gave it 4 smileys.
We will definitely come back here! 👍"

"Jujur kalau ke Garut bakalan nginep disini lagi ternyata seworth it ituu dong, next kalau kesini better sama temen atau keluarga bakalan seru banget meskipun lokasinya lumayan dari kota tapi perjalanan kesana seseru itu kanan kiri perkebunan dan dikelilingi pegunungan best la.
Ehh sedikit masukan aja kemarin pas check in ketemu sama yang jaga cewe itu kaya kurang komunikasinya cuma kasih kunci terus kasih tau villanya nomer berapa itu ajaa, better jelasin peraturannya gimanaa kan lebih enak sama showernya kecil banget bisa kali diperbaiki atau diganti thank you"

MMuhammad Syams IsnainiBeautiful location to calm down the heart & mind, very friendly service to all clerks, cleanliness of the hotel area & rooms are really ok, facilities are also top comprehensive. A little suggestion for the pool bath water is not turned on for hot water, the children's pool slide is also very dirty, can't slide smoothly, hope to improve. Thank you

GGuest Userof course in terms of cleanliness and aesthetics are very champion, especially since this hotel is new. but for the balcony privilege type, below 10 pm it is very uncomfortable because the noise of the crowd from the mall can be heard clearly into the room. It so happened that there was live music in the mall. then for access it is indeed very well maintained, because before entering the room corridor, you have to enter a door that requires access. but this is rather inaccessible if there are two people who need to go out, while the access card can be 2; one must be on standby for the room. then about breakfast, the variety is limited and only stands out in the bread. the taste is also standard, nothing is great. and finally for the pool is very, very small. so it is indeed suitable for only staying 1 night, no more.

EEdwin S.See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient.
Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying ”save water for the next generation”.
But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!

GGuest UserThe room was clean, and the AC was ice-cold. All the staff, from security to reception, gardeners, and restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly. The warm pool was absolutely fantastic, complemented by an unbeatable view! My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps add more variety to the breakfast menu rotation and the live cooking stations. During our two-day stay, the buffet items were almost identical on both the first and second days.

room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea
the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person --
swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut.
the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

PPurnamasariWe asked for double bed and they’re agreed to replace the room to double. In the night they’re giving us a snack for iftar dinner for free. The breakfast is delicious. Room are comfy, the pool is clean and warm. The staff is friendly and really helpful. It was really worth it, definitely will come again.

AAnonymous UserThe place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.
