"Very good. The hotel room is very big. The sofa is another bed. The laundry room costs US$ 3.5 for laundry, US$ 3.5 for drying, and parking fee of US$ 30 a day is deducted from the deposit. There is a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool. The location is good, and there is Din Tai Fung next to it. I like it very much"

"The room is very small. After checking out, the front desk inexplicably deducted the deposit. I went back and negotiated and dealt with it. The hotel is on the second floor, without stairs, very close to the Porto bakery, and the entrance is a public parking area"

"I booked a city view, but they assigned me a room with a fan?
I changed the room right away, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the female staff member in charge was racist. It's not that there were no rooms, but it's ridiculous that they gave us a bad room that we didn't choose, which is an option that other people would avoid. I was sure of it when they never greeted us first as we were Asians as we walked around the lobby.
It was the end of our trip and I was so tired,
so I changed the room right away, but I regret not complaining strongly when I think of other Koreans who will come in the future.
However, everyone except me was kind, and the room condition was good (the AC was bad).
Breakfast was not bad.
However, the sound of sports cars passing by at night was noisy.
The area called Glendale itself was safe and comfortable."

"In the Glendale area of LA, very close to Universal Studios, and a little distance from Disney and Santamonica.
Originally, this level of hotel is expensive, but we chose this hotel because we were going to stay for 3 consecutive days and considering the security in LA.
Good points: Newly built hotel, very clean, with parking lot, paying for parking in LA makes people feel at ease...; free hot water and coffee, and mineral water will be provided by the front desk.
General points: Breakfast remained the same for three days, very monotonous; parking costs $25 a night (people from Shanghai B area say it's too expensive!"

"Everything was on self service because it was labour protest during that period so no staff was there for room service. Luckily the protest was started in the morning not midnight, at least we had a good sleep.
The room was spacious than what I expected and with mountain view. Able to see sunset and sunrise. Parking is available but need to pay $24 per day."

GGuest UserThe location is quite convenient. There is a target within a 10-minute walk, as well as various food and gas stations.
The room is very clean and tidy, and probably because the owner is Asian, there is a kettle. There is also a desk and chair, which is very convenient.
The service is very good, and the front desk is very patient. I bought instant noodles and asked the front desk if there were disposable tableware with the mood of trying it out. It turned out that there was! It was really a timely help! Before leaving, I asked if I could store my luggage, because I saw on the page before booking that this service was not provided. The front desk was a little embarrassed, but still agreed, even though we didn't need to store it in the end.
When I booked, the price changed a lot. If there is a good price, it is really recommended.

GGuest UserThe room is not as big as the photo looks, and the so-called suite is not separated from the living room and bedroom. The child sleeps on the sofa bed, facing our big bed, and the sofa bed is not very flat. The main flaw is that it is next to the road, which is really noisy. Light sleepers need to choose carefully. The advantage is that the location is good, I went to Carolina street at night, it is still very prosperous, all kinds of restaurants are also very convenient, shake shak and other fast restaurants are within walking distance, and we are very convenient to go to the bank and the post office. Parking for 20 nights, parking is very convenient

GGuest UserThe building is average looking with friendly manager. I had apartment 201 which was an upstairs unit. The white bedspread had stains on it, that looked like fecal stains from someone sitting on the white spread. The sheets were fine. The carpeting looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sleeping area has two ceiling lights that were not working. Not so sure that the TV remote was working, but was able to work the TV using the on and off buttons. There were no light switches near the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn on and off the ceiling lights. The baseboards were very dirty and dusty. Spots on the walls. The headboard needed to be dusted. The bathroom had decent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The walls near the toilet and sink counter were full of spots. Spider webs on the side of the toilet walls. Ceiling exhaust fan was not working, and one light in the bathroom was out. Towels were clean but put on he racks not completely dry. In general I would say that the cleaning staff probably touches the obvious areas but does not pay attention to details. Even the lightswitch covers had a layer of dust on the top of the cover. I have pictures, but not going to spend anymore time on this review. Just want to warn future customers looking at this location.
