"The room is of a good size. It is cleaned every day. There is hot water and coffee and tea bags in the lobby downstairs 24 hours a day. It is very good.
The breakfast is not very varied but delicious!
There are hair salons and Chinese restaurants nearby. It is convenient.
But I booked a king-size room and wanted to pay to change it to a twin room. I asked several people at the front desk but they couldn't do it. It's too rigid."

"Well located hotel, easy to find street parking for free, and the staff were all incredibly nice, especially the gentleman on late night check in when we arrived. The room was basic, but fine- only small issue is there were ants in the bathroom. The staff were helpful about sending someone to clean the room, but it didn't have a massive impact. Overall, good hotel at an excellent price point to explore the city easily."

"Not as good as the 1k price range in China, just a name for nothing: outdated facilities, a discarded contact lens on the bathroom floor when checking in, refrigerator buzzing in the middle of the night, woke up by the sound of the vacuum cleaner outside in the morning, waited for 3 shifts to get the elevator downstairs in the morning and it was so slow
Not to mention when checking in, there was a group of people protesting loudly in the hotel lobby, the front desk looked disgusted and helpless but didn't dare to chase people away and would rather offend customers
Jiecheng's service is even worse: free room upgrade is just lip service to keep people, it takes more than 1 hour from SMS notification of successful booking to information being found in the hotel system to check in for non-cancellable reservations, waiting in the lobby in the meantime, sending a housekeeper to waste time, and finally giving them 200 compensation and sending them away with ”we attach great importance to customer experience”
It was a really humorous accommodation experience"

"The receptionist lady was kind, polite and nice!
The room is simple and beautiful.
The room was clean and the security around the hotel was good and it was good at this hotel.
There are a lot of malls nearby, so I walked to shop many times.
I liked the mall with a beautiful fountain!
Even if I was outside around 22 o'clock at night, it seemed okay for families and young women to walk around.
Cleaning is done once a day ３.
The chip has a paper with a QR code after cleaning, so I pay it.
There is a microwave in the room, so I bought frozen foods on the target and warmed them up!
I thought I should have brought cutlery and plates from Japan to eat the night meal I bought at the supermarket.
I recommend Fox's restaurant next door!
I want to stay here again when I go to Los Angeles."

"Los Angeles dowm town traffic jam is very serious, this time deliberately chose this hotel away from the city center. From the Avenue of Stars, we drove for more than an hour (high way traffic jam). Across the road from the hotel is a mall, food, clothing, housing and transportation. The restaurant has Ding Taifeng, Maru Turtle Noodles, swirling sushi, food center, etc., and a target (three floors), which contains CVS, fresh fruit, snacks and various daily necessities. However, although it is opposite the road, it is recommended to drive there, because most people in the United States drive, no one on the road, a bit dangerous, and the door of the mall is not on the roadside, in the parking lot, if you walk, you need to bypass the entire mall to enter.
On the second day of our stay, we arranged for Universal Studios to drive there from the hotel, about 20 minutes, very convenient.
Hotel parking is free. There is a parking lot on the same floor (1st floor) of the check-in counter. You can enter the B1 parking lot from the other side of the hotel. If the car does not find a location on the first floor, you can't go directly to B1. You need to leave the venue and then go around B1 (people can take the elevator to the first floor or B1). When checking in, you said that you need to park. The waiter will add a Parking permit to your room card. You can swipe the room card directly when the vehicle comes out. After check out, the waiter will return the room card to you. After the card vehicle is on the scene, there will be a drop in box next to the card machine. Throw the room card in and you can go directly, which is very convenient.
There is a 24-hour buffet coffee and tea on the 2nd floor of the hotel, and breakfast is also on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is simple eggs, muffins, berries, oats, etc., a standard American breakfast.
For me, the only drawback of the hotel is the shower, because I am taking the child, the hotel shower is fixed, can not be taken down, help the child to take a bath is very embarrassed."

"First time in Glendale, I have a good impression of this area, the nearby shopping mall is very good to visit. It is relatively close to Universal Studios, and it is convenient to take a taxi.
The front desk is friendly, the room is large, and the breakfast variety is not too much but enough to fill the stomach."

"Very good. The hotel room is very big. The sofa is another bed. The laundry room costs US$ 3.5 for laundry, US$ 3.5 for drying, and parking fee of US$ 30 a day is deducted from the deposit. There is a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool. The location is good, and there is Din Tai Fung next to it. I like it very much"

GGuest UserThe location is quite convenient. There is a target within a 10-minute walk, as well as various food and gas stations.
The room is very clean and tidy, and probably because the owner is Asian, there is a kettle. There is also a desk and chair, which is very convenient.
The service is very good, and the front desk is very patient. I bought instant noodles and asked the front desk if there were disposable tableware with the mood of trying it out. It turned out that there was! It was really a timely help! Before leaving, I asked if I could store my luggage, because I saw on the page before booking that this service was not provided. The front desk was a little embarrassed, but still agreed, even though we didn't need to store it in the end.
When I booked, the price changed a lot. If there is a good price, it is really recommended.

First of all, there was an ice maker and coffee machine, so it was nice to keep having iced Americanos, and the front desk was friendly. Although it was the most expensive, there were Ralphs and Target near the accommodation, and it was also good to go to nearby places such as Glendale Galleria.

GGuest UserThe building is average looking with friendly manager. I had apartment 201 which was an upstairs unit. The white bedspread had stains on it, that looked like fecal stains from someone sitting on the white spread. The sheets were fine. The carpeting looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sleeping area has two ceiling lights that were not working. Not so sure that the TV remote was working, but was able to work the TV using the on and off buttons. There were no light switches near the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn on and off the ceiling lights. The baseboards were very dirty and dusty. Spots on the walls. The headboard needed to be dusted. The bathroom had decent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The walls near the toilet and sink counter were full of spots. Spider webs on the side of the toilet walls. Ceiling exhaust fan was not working, and one light in the bathroom was out. Towels were clean but put on he racks not completely dry. In general I would say that the cleaning staff probably touches the obvious areas but does not pay attention to details. Even the lightswitch covers had a layer of dust on the top of the cover. I have pictures, but not going to spend anymore time on this review. Just want to warn future customers looking at this location.
