Great Staff!  Nice breakfast.  Only the pool would leave blue marks, a warning upon arrival would be best because it could damage the swimwear.

Not really helpful when ask the Reception for carpark lots and others service that should be provided!

Room is decent. Typical size not big but enough space. Have bath tub too.

As usual, when you’re a woman travelling alone, they give you the worst and smallest room. So I will denounce it in each hotel where they treat you poorly as a woman alone. If the person has the money to pay alone for a double room, maybe they are richer than the couple and might come back. I’m back in Grenada next week but I won’t book this hotel.

The location itself is good, but that also means noise. We slept on the street side, and there were quite a few noisy people passing by. The bathroom facilities are outdated. Internet access isn't guaranteed when the hotel is crowded.

The family room for four is very cost-effective! The breakfast is very rich and the location is good. It is very close to the Basilica of St. John the Divine, a very shocking church, worth a visit! There are photos of the Alhambra Palace in the room, which has a local atmosphere of Granada!

In the center of Granada, you need to take a car to get to the Alhambra Palace. We walked down the mountain. The facilities are very average. There are many people in the swimming pool on the top floor. There is a supermarket on the corner of the road. It is quite convenient and close to the subway.

The location is a little off, it takes a while to get to the city center. There is no parking lot
