It was a nice stay at the Yixiu Boutique Hotel..Hotel reception staff was very friendly.

Nice location, near MRT station

It was my first time staying in a hotel, staying for nearly 20 days. I chose this hotel because it's close to my office, but I discovered many issues. On the first two days, I was woken by mosquito bites. Then my family broke out in rashes all over their bodies. I was worried it might be dengue fever or chikungunya, so I went to the emergency room in the middle of the night. During this mosquito-borne illness season, the room didn't have mosquito coils, and they had to ask for them. On the third and fourth days, I was so tired I rode my bike to get a massage. And then, even for parking my bike near the entrance, I got a lecture from the security guard. My positive impression of the hotel plummeted again. Then, after 5 or 6 days, I asked if there were any discounts for long-term stays, but the woman who handled it was very aggressive. I don't know how they train us. (There are two other very nice women who always extend our stays smoothly and even offer to leave us mung bean soup.) Because this woman had stayed there before, I came back late one day and asked if I could put a cup of mung bean soup in the refrigerator for my family to pick up. I was flatly refused. I figured it wasn't a big deal! I've been tempted to write a review so many times, but then I decided not to. The hospitality industry isn't easy! But today! Last night, I couldn't sleep and had already booked an extension on Qunar. When I left this morning, I went to the front desk to check my card, but was told I couldn't buy it on the platform and had to scan a QR code at the front desk to upgrade. I really don't understand their intuition. I've already stayed for 18 days, and just because of a few dollars' difference, they force guests to come to the front desk and scan their QR code to order? I was in a rush for a meeting, so I didn't bother. I came back for lunch at noon, and then the sky fell. The fruit I bought last night was sitting there, and there's no refrigerator. I turned on the AC on low when I left this morning, but the housekeeping lady turned it off, and soon the room smelled. I called the front desk, but they didn't know anything about it. I asked the housekeeping lady, who then responded with a rant, saying she didn't know and that she'd turned it off in other people's rooms. It depends on the situation, didn't she? Can't you see four or five kinds of fruit on the table? ... It's really funny when people are speechless. Also, after staying for more than ten days, the housekeeping lady didn't even bother to provide water. My family was told they'd refill it based on the situation. I asked... I'm a long-term guest, and I didn't ask for extra space. Should I save money on two bottles of mineral water a day? Facilities: I'm on a business trip, so I'm not particularly demanding; I just want everything I need. Cleanliness: Overall, it's okay. They clean daily, though I occasionally forget a day or two, or sometimes I need to knock on the door to clean while I'm taking a nap. Environment: Newly renovated, overall quite new. Since I'm staying long-term, I air it out daily, but I'm concerned about formaldehyde. Service: The two petite front desk ladies and the chubby housekeeper were nice, but the rest is hard to describe.

Convenient for business trips, super affordable price, very good, will definitely stay here again next time. Taxis are also quick to arrive.

The hotel environment is very good, the facilities and equipment are very complete, everything is available, including washing machines and laundry detergents. The front desk service is particularly good, very patient and very enthusiastic.

The front desk service was very good. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early as soon as a room was available. The room was fully equipped with toiletries, and the soundproofing was very good. It was very quiet and I had a good rest.

The newly changed bedding in the room was so comfortable; I slept soundly through the night! The housekeeping staff were excellent; every corner was spotless. It was such a comfortable stay; definitely deserves five stars!

It's very nice; it has a large window right next to the street, so the natural light is excellent, and the sound insulation is quite good.
