Very nice hotel. Room is big, clean, comfortable and quiet. The receptionist were friendly and they speak English. Wifi is fast. Not very far from the hotel is San Martin, a good place with good foods.

I used it for a long-term business trip. It is located in the city center, so it is safe and it is in a good location to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The breakfast does not have a variety of options, but the basic composition is sufficient, so I used it every day. The room condition is clean, and the cleaning is done once every two days, and I left a tip of about 10 quetzals on the table. The shower faucet is a built-in sunflower faucet, so you cannot use travel shower filters, etc., so please refer to it. Laundry service is about USD 1.40 for a T-shirt, and payment can be made in US dollars or quetzals.

The service at reception was extremely poor. The receptionist was furious because I compared prices between TripAdvisor and the front desk, and she told me, "If you're so keen on TripAdvisor, you should figure it out yourself." Then we booked through TripAdvisor, and she was very sarcastic, especially when she insisted we hadn't paid, even though we had. The room smelled like rotten meat from the moment you walked in.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and we were allowed to check in at 12 o'clock.

The hotel is located in the city, with convenient transportation. It takes only about 30 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you can feel the warm reception of the hotel staff.

The room is very clean and cleaned regularly, suitable for travel.
