Service quality has dropped. They no longer serve bacon, sausage and have an egg station. Also, no towels and bottled water in the room…what a joke

I stayed at Tryp by Wyndham from December 3 to December 5, 2024, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The air conditioning in my room broke down, and despite reporting it, it was never fixed during my entire stay. Additionally, housekeeping never cleaned my room. To make matters worse, on the last day, I found a fly on the breakfast buffet. I do not recommend this place.

The hotel is very convenient. There is a shopping mall behind the second floor. It is very nice for eating and shopping. I was given two 1.3M beds by myself. But I couldn't get used to the breakfast. It is only a 10-minute walk from the exhibition hall.

The environment, sanitation, service and location are all very good. It is directly connected to the mall, which is convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel also has snacks and drinks. The only drawback is that there are too few types of breakfast

The hotel is clean and safe. The back door leads directly to the Mall del Sol, which is very convenient for dining, shopping and accommodation. It is also close to the airport.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel except that it is expensive. Facilities: Basically everything is provided, except that slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, but minibags, refrigerators, and coffee machines are provided. this is not bad. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. After breakfast, the aunt came over and cleaned the room. Environment: The key point is that it is next to the largest shopping mall in the area. You can walk directly to the shopping mall on the second floor of the hotel without leaving the house. There are all supermarkets for food, drink and entertainment, which is safe and convenient. Recommended if you are traveling. Service: The service is very good. It is the only hotel in Guayaquil that has a waiter at the front desk to help you carry your luggage to the room. The important thing is that he ran away without asking for a tip. I gave him 1 dollar after I called to stop.

I stayed here for one day before going to Cuenca and it was much better than expected. The most modern hotel I stayed in during my trip to South America. Convenience: The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so you don't have to leave the house for shopping, supermarkets, and meals. There is a dedicated gate to the shopping mall, so the hotel is quiet and undisturbed.

Excellent location, good service. The rooms always in good condition.

In March 2023 the hotel is undergoing renovations. The third floor smells very damp when you get out of the elevators. The wet area is uninhabited although the newly maintained pool was well maintained
