The room was very clean and spacious, and the facilities were new. The service was exceptional. When I arrived from the hospital with my baby, a staff member boiled water for the baby. Upon seeing my newborn, another attendant immediately provided a fresh kettle for the baby's use. They even noticed I was in short sleeves and brought me a bathrobe. What a thoughtful and caring hotel!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. She arranged a quiet room for us as requested, and even provided child-sized slippers, toiletries, and some fruit. The room was spotless, and the excellent soundproofing made for a very quiet and comfortable night's sleep.

The room was clean, spacious, and completely odor-free. The King-size bed easily accommodated our family of three; we didn't feel cramped at all and were very comfortable. We arrived at 11 AM, and they kindly allowed us to check in early since a room was available! The service was warm and thoughtful. Definitely five stars!

It's super convenient for high-speed train travel, just a 10-minute walk from the West Plaza. The front desk staff were great. Breakfast was also good, and the food was replenished promptly, which is a great help as most guests are rushing to catch their trains.

The hotel is incredibly close to the train station, just over 100 meters from the exit. It happened to be raining that day, so it was a huge relief to be able to reach it in just a few steps. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich with a wide variety of options, easily comparable to what you'd find at a 4-star hotel. My son absolutely loved it.

We were genuinely touched when they offered us two complimentary bottles of water upon checkout. They even promptly informed us about an item we'd left behind and helped us mail it back. What's more, they even folded our socks that we'd left in the laundry room! The hotel is also very photogenic – perfect for snapping some great pictures! And that wonderful fragrance? I just adored it!

The hotel is fairly close to the East Station, but it's still a 10-15 minute walk. This distance means it takes roughly the same amount of time as taking the subway or a taxi. What was truly unbearable, however, was the hotel's cleanliness. I have no idea how their housekeeping operates; on my second day, while showering, I discovered a large clump of long hair stuck to the bathroom wall. I was absolutely disgusted at that moment and seriously wondered if the room had even been cleaned prior to my arrival. While the front desk staff did offer me two pieces of fruit upon check-in, subtly asking for a good review, I simply cannot give one after such an experience.

The location is superb, just a few hundred meters from the train station and literally just across the street. The metro station is also incredibly close, just a short walk across the road. Public transportation (subway and bus) is extremely convenient. Plus, there are plenty of delicious restaurants right downstairs, and the supermarket is very reasonably priced.
