For me this place had all I require during travelling and location was perfect for my needs. Personnel was extremely friendly and helpful in every situation. I will come back in the future for sure.

I stayed here for a month. Very clean and cozy place in a quiet area. Everything was beyond my expectations, and the staff was friendly and supportive.

Excellent quality spacious apartment, with all the amenities one would need in a quiet yet convenient location. Thankyou again to the attentive staff and I'll be sure to return!

Don't buy this hotel. You can't check in at all. The previous landlord used the current landlord's resources to cheat money. The current landlord didn't sell this room on Ctrip.

It was very cheap and very clean, and I would definitely use it again.

The accommodation is good, everything is fine The shower was disappointing, the pressure was weak. It was cold and it took a long time to wait for the water to heat up (but this is understandable, since it is winter now)

This hotel has the worst conditions. First of all, the price is also very unstable. I met someone who lives in Ilsan and stayed here for 3 days. He paid 21,000 won per night. However, on Trip.com, it was over 42,000 won. The price is set arbitrarily. And when I checked in, there were no toilet paper, water cups, towels, shampoo, or soap. Or, the bed covers and pillows were the same as those used by the previous customer, and especially, the electricity did not come on, so I had to sweat. I strongly protested to the host about all of this and asked for cancellation. However, they admitted their mistake and provided supplies, but I was very upset. I do not recommend this hotel. The door is always locked and there are many difficulties when entering the hotel. It is the worst., I do not recommend it. Even though it is a hotel in the 40,000 won range, they do not provide breakfast. I hope customers take my word for it honestly.

At first I had a really hard time checking in. because there was no one there. I looked for wifi and contacted the staff. You can imagine if you couldn't get a wifi connection😭. I had to wait a while until I could check in. and I was very satisfied with it. The staff service is very friendly😊👍the rooms are really extraordinarily clean.comfortable and very quiet.I was lucky to find this place.I will definitely stay here again if I visit Vietnam again🤩really highly recommended👍👍👍🥰🙏

This place is the best. However, the shower is not very powerful and the WIFI doesn't work for some reason, but it is very clean and satisfying for the price. There is also a washing machine, which is a good point.

Our flight arrived in the evening and we headed to the hotel. Since that hotel was fully booked, I was directed to an older hotel. This is common in serviced apartments, but it may be a little difficult for first-time foreigners.

The hotel location was not clearly described, so it was difficult to find. The interior was clean, but the bed was broken and uncomfortable.

I used it because I had to make a reservation in a hurry. It is close to Lotte Mart and the location is very satisfactory. It is an unmanned check-in/out system, and I am not satisfied with the cleanliness. There was a towel that someone else had used on the sofa. Other than that, I was very satisfied.
