Very Good
PPapaSierraLocation : Very good. Connect to the Moko department store which you can find many brands and shops here. And can walk go through the MTR Mongkok east via this mall. Many famous restaurants not far from the hotel you can walk via sky walk.
Room : So nice. Very convenient. Cleanliness and comfortable. There is small fridge. Water from the tap for drink in the bathroom. The amenities are ready in the room. View from the room are stunning.
Staffs are nice and helpful. Especially bell boys and concierge.
So I have a very nice stay here with my family. Valuable to stay here. Recommended for the group.
CCoconut331First time staying here - the room is decent and clean. The bathroom is more spacious than average 4 star hotel. There are tables and a sofa which not a lot of 4 star hotel will provide.
And the best part of my stay is the bed. It is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept by far among all the 4 star hotels I lived in.
Overall speaking, trip ranked this as top 20 4-star hotel and I think this speaks for itself.
A bit sad that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation. But amenities are great, there are gym room, swimming pool and even massage service.
OOsca ChoiOur experience at the hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to its spacious rooms with modern amenities, professional yet courteous service, and prime location near key attractions. With a few adjustments to the breakfast variety, our stay would have been flawless. While the morning meal featured high-quality, flavorful dishes, the selection was somewhat restricted. Expanding the menu to include more diverse options-such as plant- based or gluten-free choices-would better accommodate different dietary needs and preferences. That said, the staff's outstanding hospitality truly stood out. They were warm, welcoming, and proactive, often anticipating our needs, whether arranging transportation or recommending local gems. Their dedication elevated our stay, making it both relaxing and memorable. We'd gladly return and look forward to seeing how the hotel continues to refine its offerings!
SSuvrajit PaulWe stayed there 3 nights during our HK trip and had a great experience. The location is a good advantage, you will have bus, tram just in 2-3 minutes walk. MTR is also very nearby. rooms were neat and clean, very small though but thats how it is in entire HK. I highly recommend staying here for good connectivity. We also requested for a high floor with nice view and it was given, the view was really great from the room.
Feedback on improvement: To be honest, we did not like the buffet breakfast as they serve the same dish every single day, first day it was ok but we were bored from next day onwards with the options as it was the same thing for 3 consecutive days, I suggest hotel management to look into it and improve.
GGuest UserExcellent location, right next to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, and easily accessible by airport bus A21/A22. Check-in is on the 2nd floor, and they offer luggage storage. There's also a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor, complete with a fridge and microwave. Due to Hong Kong's plastic reduction policy, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, slippers, and towel, or you can purchase them at the front desk. The room looks exactly like the pictures. They provide a key card that doubles as an elevator and room key, so security feels quite high. In the quad room, there's an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower area. While small, it's perfectly functional. Downstairs, there are many fantastic snack shops, all serving delicious food! Transportation is very convenient, and the beds are quite comfortable and clean. There's a slight creaking sound when turning over, but it's acceptable. Roommates are a bit of a lottery; this time, I ended up with night owls who came back late, showered, and organized their belongings, which really disturbed my sleep. However, that's just the nature of shared accommodation. Despite that, I'm still quite satisfied with the room itself. Nearby, the Tin Hau Temple and Yau Ma Tei Police Station are great spots to check out, both within walking distance. And definitely try Chan Kee Roasted Goose – it's absolutely delicious!
99966xiangI pre-booked a sea-view suite and even went so far as to email the hotel with detailed explanations and specific requests. However, this hotel clearly doesn't care about its guests! I particularly felt there was a subtle discrimination against mainland Chinese guests. Firstly, they never respond to any online reviews, and secondly, all mainland guests seem to be assigned to lower floors. Despite the hotel having over 400 rooms, and my prior request via email for a high-floor room, the front desk staff completely disregarded my request. They flat-out refused, stating that only rooms on the fifth floor were available. The entire check-in experience was extremely unpleasant.
The bed linens were acceptable, but the in-room amenities like shower gel, shampoo, and towels were of extremely poor quality! Even when I and other guests went to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to purchase disposable toiletries, those were also terrible, low-quality products! It's almost as if they think mainland guests have no money, but these are products we simply wouldn't use! Hong Kong hotels need to seriously reflect on their approach; mainland guests are becoming more discerning and expect higher quality standards.
An honest assessment: The hotel management *must* change its mindset! They can no longer serve mainland guests with such an attitude and outdated thinking. I recall an old promotional advertisement for Hong Kong's service industry starring Andy Lau; to quote a line from it: 'In this day and age, such service simply won't do!'
Note: I haven't uploaded any unflattering photos. I truly hope the hotel management undergoes a fundamental change in their attitude and philosophy.
JJaneth Penilla101percent very clean I like the room very simple but nice ..also the view very nice can see the view of city ❤️ but hope nextime have a personal kit for body hygiene 🪥🪥🪥🪥 but all is very nice 💯
GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island.
Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge.
They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price.
Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious.
Wish coming here again!
GGuest UserGood location, good service and clean rooms. I feel like they can do better though with the amount they charging/night. Simple renovations can take this hotel to another level.
WwanderlustfheyIf you want an affordable hotel, this is perfect for you. As a budget traveler, who wants to save more, I opted for a budget friendly hotel but want a clean and accommodating/ friendly staffs. So I highly recommended this...
