Great location combined with excellent services. Nothing to say except highly praise for all the staff. We also received gifts for my wife birthday !

Great hotel, up to its brand. Right next to Victoria Harbour, K11, both local and western cafes and restaurants. Subway entrance is less than 20m away. Service is on the top. Would come back again and 100% recommend it.

Room is not modern but well maintained. Harbor view room is worth it, given a room on the 12th floor, should be noisy on lower floor as facing road. Buffet variety ok but quality not top notch. Probably will not stay again as the hotel breakfast is not good enough but that’s just me.

Traveling to Hong Kong with my child, I wanted a conveniently located sea-view room. After some research, I booked the Kowloon Shangri-La. The sea-view room offered amazing views, and the service was excellent; I was very satisfied from check-in to check-out. Tsim Sha Tsui East Station's Exit J is just a few steps away, making it very convenient to visit K11. Highly recommended!

This hotel has a unique charm and is right by the harbor, making it perfect for an evening stroll. It's just a stone's throw from the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong, beautifully decorated, and equipped with an excellent kettle. The large, comfortable bed ensures a great night's sleep.

The breakfast was excellent, and they offer extra beds, though the hotel mentioned limited availability. The Executive Lounge breakfast was à la carte, which was fantastic. The afternoon cocktail happy hour was also great. We stayed on the 19th floor and didn't notice any outdated facilities; we quite liked it. Plus, getting there from the airport on A21 was a breeze – just HKD 33 via WeChat Pay (switch to Hong Kong mode), saving a lot compared to a taxi which would be over HKD 300. I'd give it a perfect ten. If I had to pick one thing I was dissatisfied with, it was checking out on a Monday. I wanted an extra hour from the Executive Lounge, but they only gave me 30 minutes, which made our lunch rush incredibly tight. I feel like they could speed up their cleaning or find some other solution.

I initially thought that after so many years of renovation, the carpets might have an odor. However, after a long comparison, I decided that location was paramount. Other reviewers had mentioned no issues with smell, so I chose Kowloon Shangri-La. I ended up being incredibly satisfied! The decor is grand and luxurious. The staff are enthusiastic and remember guest preferences. (I was among the first employees at Shangri-La Qingdao in '97. I remember during training, we were taught to always remember every guest's preferences. It's great to see that Shangri-La's global standards haven't changed over the years.) They made sure guests felt completely comfortable. The Horizon Club's breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner offer incredible value for money, and the service is excellent. My husband and kids both said this was an excellent hotel choice. It's also convenient for shopping, and they even gave my child a gift! 💝

This hotel is perfect for family trips! The transportation is super convenient. The A25 airport bus stops right at the entrance, and we took the A25 back to the Hong Kong Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. The hotel is also directly opposite a MTR station, and there are many bus stops nearby. It's an easy walk to the Avenue of Stars and K11, and there's a footbridge on the hotel's second floor that leads directly to Victoria Harbour. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I especially loved having a water dispenser, so I didn't have to boil water myself. The service was impeccable; they even came to tidy up in the evening. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is just right next to the subway. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. You cannot go wrong with this brand all over the world. We were pleased with our stays.

Such heartwarming service! It happened to be my birthday, and the hotel actually prepared a birthday cake for me. Even though it was just a small slice, it made the occasion feel so special, and I was genuinely delighted. The lobby lounge service is excellent; every evening, I love to sit there for a while, have a drink, or enjoy a bowl of sweet soup – it’s very relaxing. The room hygiene is top-notch. Even pajamas I'd carelessly tossed aside were neatly folded, and they even placed a paper mat under my skincare products in the bathroom – truly meticulous service! 👍

After 12 years, I returned to Hong Kong and stayed for 3 days. The Kowloon Shangri-La was by far the most satisfying hotel. Before booking, I debated between several hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui but ultimately chose the Kowloon Shangri-La, and it was definitely the right choice for this trip! The small details truly show the hotel's dedication and customer-first service philosophy. On my second day, which was my birthday, after checking in and resting in the room in the afternoon, I suddenly heard a knock at the door. I thought it was staff delivering toiletries for kids (which they did send later), but instead, I found staff with a cake and a birthday card for me. I was incredibly touched at that moment; it's so heartwarming to be remembered. Thank you, Shangri-La, for being so thoughtful! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the Avenue of Stars, and right next to K11, making it convenient to get anywhere. After coming back to the room in the evening, I even found fresh fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch! I really wish I could have stayed longer, but I was leaving Hong Kong the next day. My only regret this time was not having a room with a Victoria Harbour view. Looking forward to my next visit!

Booked a total of 4 rooms. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the Avenue of Stars and Victoria Harbour. It's also really convenient for shopping at Harbour City. Eating, shopping, and sightseeing are all easily accessible on foot! The hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. There's even a Japanese restaurant in the same building, which is incredibly convenient. Super satisfied!

Shangri-La is a trustworthy, established brand. In Hong Kong, finding a 40-square-meter room, especially with a sea view and convenient transportation, is quite rare, making it excellent value for money. However, definitely avoid buying from the pharmacy directly opposite the hotel; their prices are exorbitantly high. Always opt for places with clearly marked prices. For breakfast, you can choose the nearby Yuen Kee Restaurant – it's a well-known, long-standing local eatery!
